Подарком ко второму занятию оказался пустой просторный зал, залитый полосами света. Я часто бывала в этом зале на Лялином, но работающему человеку редко выпадает возможность увидеть танцевальный зал при ярком солнечном свете :)
Мы продолжаем — это, наверное, самое главное. Темой занятия (по крайней мере для меня) был баланс между тем как можно одновременно быть с собой, погружаться вглубь, двигаться, танцевать — и при этом быть с ребенком. Возникал даже вопросы, возможно ли это в принципе. Короткий ответ по результатам занятия: возможно. Для этого необходимо перестать смотреть на ребенка как на ограничение (в прошлый раз даже вспомнилось народное выражение, что «первый год с ребенком = год тюрьмы») и начать смотреть это как на дополнительный фокус, усложняющий задачу, но делающий ее более интересной. Спросить себя и начать наблюдать: получиться ли у меня одновременно держать два фокуса — на своем теле, движении, задании, которому нужно следовать — и на ребенке, давая ему именно то, что ему нужно в этот самый момент (свободно ползти / быть у мамы на руках / играть с игрушкой / есть и т.д.)
Конечно, иногда наши щекастые фокусы брали над заданиями верх :) Где-то в середине мы заметили как внимание уплывает, но это не расстроило, не рассердило, просто заметилось: мы снова отвлеклись. И пошли дальше. Тему эту еще практиковать и практиковать, но возможностей там куда больше, чем ограничений. В том числе возможностей развить внимание и быть в том, что есть.
Казалось бы, мы только-только успели поработали c паттернами развития движения (на наших живых примерах :)), немного поработали с голосом, попробовали новокодовую игру для изменения состояния — и тут два с половиной часа неожиданно закончились :)
