Открылась новая группа, в удобное для "ходунков-бегунков" время, начало в 11:30.
Занятия по вторникам, на Авиамоторной, в центре Драгоценность.
Приглашаю мам с детками от 1 года до 3 лет.
Мы занимаемся в "классной" комнате, где есть многое для полосы препятствий, чтобы активные годовасики и детки старше могли осваивать новые горизонты.
Группа будет небольшой, 5-6 человек, чтобы хватало внимания и пространства для всех участников, на данный момент еще вакантно несколько мест для тех, кто хотел бы купить абонемент на март.
Структура урока:
- Знакомство и разогрев для мам и малышей, формулирование конкретного запроса и намерения на занятие.
- Основная тема занятия (определенные навыки, развитие темы в танце). Индивидуальная, парная, групповая работа с участием мам, пап и малышей.
- Игры для мамы и малыша вместе: физические упражнения, включающие все тело; хороводы, пальчиковые игры, ритмичные двигательные последовательности с использованием стихов, песенок и потешек.
- Упражнения для возвращения мамы в физическую форму после родов.
- Полоса препятствий. Танец с включением увлекательных объектов.
- Интегрирующий свободный танец, в котором мы используем все темы и навыки, пройденные на занятии.
- Релаксация. Работа с голосом, звучанием для расслабления.
- Завершение занятия – обратная связь, обмен впечатлениями, обсуждение «подарков», которые пришли как ответ на запрос в течение занятия.
