Друзья, у нас новость: с 21 ноября мы открываем регулярную группу по субботам, в 11.00!
Это отличная возможность для работающих родителей присоединиться к нам! И отличная возможность вовлечь пап в танец :)
Занятия будут проходить в центре Birthlight, в самом центре Москвы, м.Третьяковская, Старомонетный пер. д.18 (схема проезда и контакты).

Группа будет разновозрастная, будем рады малышам от двух месяцев до двух лет. Мы еще раз попробовали такой формат на нашем мастер-классе в прошлую субботу, получилось очень гармонично.
Мы очень рады начавшемуся сотрудничеству с Birthlight, они оказались удивительно близки нам по духу и подходу. Вот ключевая идея их концепции:
«Наша миссия состоит в поддержке матерей и отцов в их стремлении переживать опыт рождения и раннего воспитания ребенка как наиболее радостный и счастливый».
А в описании бэби-йоги – как будто цитаты из наших занятий:
«Практика создана с целью помочь матери и малышу узнать друг друга, насладиться взаимодействием — зрительным и тактильным, восстановиться после родов и получить позитивные эмоции. В ходе занятий между матерью и ребенком формируются эмоциональные связи, которые представляют собой фундамент будущего взаимодействия и есть залог гармоничного психологического развития малыша. Для мамы практика — еще и способ мягкой адаптации к родительской жизни, помощь в освоении навыков безопасного и уверенного обращения с малышом, умения расслабляться и отдыхать. Важный принцип бэби-йоги: заботящаяся о себе, отдохнувшая и полная энергии мать – довольный и счастливый малыш.»
Только в наших занятиях еще добавляется ТАНЕЦ – возможность найти свой танец, раскрыться в нем и разделить его с малышом.
