Друзья, как вы знаете, у нас появилась группа по субботам, в 11.00. Мы занимаемся в Центре Birthlight, в очень уютном зале.
Помимо наших занятий в Birthlight происходит очень много всего — ранее плавание с малышами, беби-йога, перинатальная йога, йога для женщин, и что важно — абонемент Birthlight распространяется и на наши занятия.

А теперь — вопрос! Мы открыли группу в субботу потому, что нам кажется, что занятия в выходные — прекрасная возможность потанцевать всей семьей, вовлечь папу в танец и движение с малышом. И для работающих мам это возможность потанцевать. Но пара человек сказали мне, что в субботу сложно проснуться даже на занятие к 11ти :) Если вы в принципе хотели бы ходить по выходным, но вам не подходит это время — напишите, в какое время было бы удобнее?
