23-24 апреля состоится ритрит Birthlight в загородном отеле Фореста. Ритрит – это значит три дня практически неограниченных занятий ранним плаванием, йогой для взрослых и детей, а также — контактной импровизацией для всей семьи BabyContact!
Foresta Festival Park — это новый современный спа-отель, расположенный в 30 км по Симферопольскому шоссе, в одном из самых живописных и экологически чистых мест Подмосковья, рядом смешанный лес, озеро.
Стоимость – 20 тыс.р. за всё и всех (2 взрослых + дети). В стоимость входит проживание, трехразовое питание (шведский стол в ресторане отеля), бассейн два раза в день с банями (время не ограничено), все занятия. В программе: занятия по йоге для мам, пап и малышей, семейная йога, постнатальная йога, йога для будущих мам, плавание для маленьких, контактная импровизация для всей семьи BabyContact.
Заезд в пятницу 22 апреля после 17.00, выезд 24 апреля вечером.
Количество мест ограничено. Регистрация закрывается 5 апреля.
