В среду 5 ноября состоялось наше первое занятие! По горячим следам хочется записать несколько мыслей.
Что понравилось:
— Что мы начали!
— Что мы очень хорошо поговорили, прояснили что каждый хочет и зачем, поделились возможными идеями (про это смотрите отдельный пост). И несмотря на все разговоры, все-таки успели потанцевать :)
Выводы, мысли, идеи:
— Стало понятно, что сохранять внимание, когда почти в любой момент времени хотя бы кто-то из участников отвлекается на ребенка, довольно непросто. Это нормально, нужно это принять и учитывать как часть ситуации.
— Поэтому упражнения должны быть достаточно ясные и простые, чтобы их можно было делать держа ребенка в поле внимания.
— В следующий раз не забыть игрушки для детей :)
— Можно приглашать не только мам (пап, бабушек :)) но и всех, кому нравится возиться с детьми. Им в радость, а мамам лишняя возможность побыть с собой. Во всяком случае подошедшие к концу занятия и очень хорошо вписались :)
