В рамках всемирной недели слингоношения 8 октября вместе с Настей Ефимовой мы провели мастер-класс по babycontact в Питере. Это была презентация, поэтому группа собралась разновозрастная, самому юному участнику было 3 месяца, также были мамочки с двумя детьми, старшим где-то около 2-х лет. В целом я очень довольна, что презентация состоялась, что более-менее все прошло удачно, несмотря на первый опыт работы с таким, для нас еще большим (10 мам и 14 детей, включая наших собственных) количеством участников :)
Разминка плавно перетекла в довольно веселые и интенсивные танцы, на удивление, почти все участницы быстро включились в происходящий процесс, были активны и креативны!!! Закончили мы легким массажем, на совместный танец мамы с малышом, уже больше не хватило сил. Очень хочется продолжить занятия, надеюсь на следующей неделе мы начем регулярные занятия.
