На одном из занятий у Оли Сима взяла — и уснула. А в это время все вокруг танцевали, звучала такая мягкая, хорошая музыка. Но сдвинуться Оле в этот момент было, не разбудив Симу, невозможно. Да и это нередкий случай у нас — ведь мамы то и дело принимаются кормить малышей, и вроде бы, в этот момент особо не потанцуешь…
Но что такое танец, что мы считаем танцем? И так ли для этого нужно кружиться по залу и делать что-то активное? Ведь танец — он прежде всего внутри…
В контактной импровизации есть такое понятие — «маленький танец». Это когда вы ничего специально не делаете, а просто внимательно наблюдаете за микро-движениями, которые есть в теле, даже когда вы, казалось бы, находитесь в неподвижности. В теле всегда есть всегда есть движение дыхания, какие-то микро-напряжения, необходимые для поддержания вертикальной структуры тела. И если начать осознавать эти микродвижения, то получается войти в больший контакт с собой, и отпустить ненужные напряжения. И это может быть началом танца, очень маленького и настоящего.
И если помнить про этот «маленький танец», то никаких преград для танца внутри нет. Оля сказала про это очень хорошую, запомнившуюся мне фразу:
«Если жизнь тебя поместила в эти обстоятельства, пригвоздила в эту точку пространства — это не повод из этой точки не танцевать.»

Многие из наших участников уже разъехались отдыхать, да и ведущие скоро уйдут на каникулы, до конца августа-сентября, но в ближайшую среду 8 июля занятия состоятся! Присоединяйтесь к возможности еще успеть потанцевать этим летом с малышами.
А пока — немного зарисовок с занятия 10 июня.
У мам одно из самых любимых упражнений — повторять за детьми. Не так-то просто, выясняется, точно воспроизвести позу, движения (они куда более мягкие и расслабленные), выражение лица и отношение! Удивительно, но даже когда повторяешь за своим собственным ребенком (казалось бы — проводишь с ним столько времени, все должно быть знакомо), открываются новые детали.

Сейчас у нас в группе самый старший – полуторагодовалый Леон. И мамы детей помладше замечают, что слушают и «мотают на ус», как мягко и ясно Лера объясняет ему что к чему и как стоит обращаться с другими детьми.
