На прошлое занятие к нам наконец пришел очень долгожданный участник — солнце… было так тепло, что некоторые разделись прямо до памперсов :) Давно забытое ощущение, что солнце — оно не только светит, но и греет. Изображали зверей, хрюшек, пригревшихся на солнышке и чешущих друг о друга спинки. А рядом ползают маленькие поросята… очень правдоподобно выглядело и изнутри ощущалось :)
Еще в какой-то момент делали упражнение «Скульптуры» — когда cначала выходит первый участник, принимает какую-то позу и на время замирает, давая время рассмотреть эту скульптуру. Затем к нему пристраивается следующий, и еще, и еще, потом первый уходит, и получается такая перетекающая скульптура. Некоторые ее части, правда, находятся в непрерывном движении, но это даже добавляет какой-то спонтанности происходящему :)
Мы начали это делать, и неожиданно стали всплывать образы откуда-то из ренессанса: курчавые розовощекие ангелы, мадонны с младенцами…

— подумала я, после того как на занятие в эту среду к нам пришла мама Лена с двумя замечательными восьми-месячными двойняшками Асей и Сашей. Все трое легко влились в наш коллектив, весело со всеми ползали, и только иногда сидели на руках у мамы, то по очереди, то вместе (двое малышей на руках одновременно – это, конечно, впечатляет!)

Мы попробовали новый вид разминки — «Зоопарк». Дети растут, и хочется придумывать упражнения, в которых они могут участвовать вместе с нами (ну хотя бы потенциально :)) и которые можно потом делать с ними дома. Было много разных зверей — ящерицы, просыпающиеся кошки, отряхивающиеся собаки, слоны, и затем люди, которые по всему этому зоопарку гуляют. Главный плюс — что все эти звери создают игровое настроение, в которое дети очень легко вписываются, можно подползать к ним, тереться носом или хвостом :) А небольшой секрет этого упражнения, раскрою его здесь ;) – что эти звери появляются примерно в порядке появления паттернов развития движения, то есть следуя той внутренней логике, в которой появляются новые движения у ребенка – сначала поднимать голову, затем ползать, потом приподниматься на четвереньки, затем на ноги и уже потом ходить.
Основная часть занятия была посвящена импровизации с голосом. Сначала просто звучали, по центрам, потом стали в парах импровизировать, один движется, второй его «озвучивает», и наоборот — один создает музыку, второй под нее движется. А потом собрались в круг, и каждый сам был своей музыкой, только нам стоит забыть слово «соло» :), в нашей группе всегда получаются как минимум дуэты, даже если второй партнер ползает где-то поодаль или что-то увлеченно грызет.
