В этот четверг впервые занимались в новом месте, в «Пране» на Баррикадной. Конечно, было важно понять как там будет, понравится ли участникам новое место, новый зал. Поделюсь своим ощущением — мне там было очень уютно и хорошо. Просторный зал, комфортный йога-центр – раздевалки, даже есть душ. Еще прямо там внутри есть вегетарианский бар, так что после занятия мы с большими и маленькими участниками с удовольствием подкрепились очень вкусными сырниками :)
И конечно, так радостно мне было вспомнить после довольно долгого летнего перерыва сколько энергии приносит танец с маленькими детьми! Потом еще целый день эта энергия оставалась в теле. Нас было мало, а вот группа получилась сразу разновозрастная — мама Кристина дошла с двумя дочками, четырех месяцев и трех лет. И как же увлеченно и уже осознанно танцевала старшая, сохраняла внимание целое занятие. Надеюсь с Илюшей (ему сейчас 2.2) это тоже скоро произойдет :)
Под рукой не было нормальной камеры, но завершающий танец хотелось снять хотя бы на телефон :)

м. Беляево, в Творческой мастерской, по четвергам в 10.15 / ведет Юлия Балабан
м. ВДНХ, там же, теперь по средам, в 11.15 и 12.45 / Альфия
И мы открываем группы в новых местах:
По средам в 11.15 на м. Юго-Западная, в Семейно-досуговом клубе Д.В.О.Р.
Адрес: м. Юго-Западная, ул. Никулинская 6, корп. 3.
Стоимость: абонемент на 4 занятия в месяц 1800 руб., разовое занятие 600 руб. Для второго взрослого скидка на 50%. Абонемент действителен в течение полутора месяцев с даты первого занятия. Ведет Юлия Балабан.

Начало занятий: 29 сентября
По четвергам в 11.00 — на м.Баррикадная/Краснопресненская, в Центре Йоги Прана / Ольга
«Прана» — крупнейший центр йоги в Москве, у них уже проходят занятия йогой для беременных и для детей 4-7 лет, а для мам и малышей нашего возраста ничего пока не было. Там очень хорошая атмосфера, и надеюсь, что нашим участникам, которые привыкли заниматься на м.Курская будет даже удобнее сюда добираться — это тоже кольцевая ветка, но ближе от метро (около семи минут пешком), с парковкой в близлежащих дворах днем довольно спокойно. В центре есть вегетерианский бар, можно потом сходить в зоопарк :)
Эта группа будет для малышей от трех месяцев до года (ползунки, дети на руках и начинающие ходить).
Возможно попозже, если будет запрос, откроем здесь же дополнительную группу для детей после года.
По пятницам в 14.30 — на м.проспект Вернадского, в центре «Волшебный ребенок» / Альфия
«Волшебный ребенок» — очень известный центр подготовки к беременности и родам, у них проводится много творческих занятий для детей и родителей. Нам близок их подход и поэтому мы рады возможности начать сотрудничество. Думаю, что эта группа будет удобна тем, кто живет поблизости. Более подробная информация о группе будет у Альфии после ее возвращения на следующей неделе.

Еще в прошлом году нас начали спрашивать, проводим ли мы обучение по BabyContact для преподавателей и всех, кто интересуется подходом BabyContact для занятий танцем и движением с детьми и родителями. Летом мы проводили несколько коротких мастер-классов для специалистов, в рамках конференции по танцевально-двигательной терапии и фестиваля Интегрального танца, а теперь наконец определены даты и программа более длительного Обучающего Курса.
Курс будет состоять из двух взаимосвязанных блоков 30-31 октября и 20-21 ноября.
