Урра! После долгого путешествия в Израиль, вопросов к себе, чем я хочу заниматься в 2009 году, появилось желание вернуться к нашему мамо-детскому контакт-клубу.
Оля, большое тебе спасибо за то, что организуешь и поддерживаешь наше пространство! Спасибо тебе за легкость и вдохновение!
Наши занятия идут уже несколько месяцев. В нашей жизни молодых мам происходит так много изменений – растут и меняются детки, растем и меняемся мы. Здорово наблюдать, как детки, которые приходят танцевать вместе с мамами к нам взрослеют на глазах! Кто-то уже начал ползать, кто-то садиться, кто-то ходить, кто-то уже легко ложиться на пол и проводдит время на пузике, позволяя маме танцевать со свободными руками.
Моему Русланке исполнился за это время годик. На прошлом занятии он научился валяться и крутиться на полу. Я с наслаждением наблюдала, как он повторяет за нами, взрослыми, и ложиться на пол и с удовольствием делает себе массаж «валянием».

Мы сегодня занимались расширенным составом, теперь у нас представлены возраста от 3.5 месяцев до 1.4 лет, и был даже один танцующий 
папа!

Пробовали в эту среду работать с весом ребенка. Замечаю по себе, что чем больше (и тяжелее!) он становится, тем актуальнее становится эта тема. Молодой человек начал активно перемещаться сам, но не совсем туда, куда бы мне хотелось :) В слинге ходить по дому как-то не получается, так что выходит, что то и дело носишь на себе восемь килограммов :)
Как сделать чтобы этот вес не так сильно нагружал позвоночник, легче распределялся в теле? Готовые ответы, даже если они есть, не очень помогают, все равно лучше почувствовать это самой.
Очень помогло переключение с идеи «я держу ребенка», «я его поднимаю», «я его перемещаю» — на «я даю поддержку», «я представляю ему пространство, площадку на своем теле». Образ «котенка на дереве»: кто здесь «котенок» понятно :) а вот «дерево» может вести себя очень гибко, двигаться, перемещаться так, чтобы создавать для ребенка более удобную «площадку». И вот из этого уже случается настоящий контактный танец: перемещаются-перетекают и мама и малыш, причем оба оказываются в необычных для себя положениях, что увлекательно для обоих.
А вес при этом распределяется легче, естественным образом. И тут уже можно заметить что работает, чтобы было легче:
- держать центр ребенка как можно ближе к себе (примерно так же работает слинг – его советуют приматывать как можно плотнее)
- держать его центр выше своего центра (с маленьким ребенком это не так заметно, но чем больше партнер, тем это ощутимее)
- не держать руками, через усилие мышц, а давать опору телом.

В прошлую среду мы открыли сезон 2009, продолжаем. Нас было мало, но танец с малышами, кажется, случился. Темы для следующего раза: работа с весом (весом выступает ребенок :)) и с позвоночником.

В прошлую среду было последнее наше занятие в этом году.
Мы успели подойти к двум темам:
1. Работа с пространством и расстоянием. Много хороших вопросов, на которые любопытно себе ответить. Что происходит со мной внутри, когда я меняю расстояние до малыша? Приближаюсь, отдаляюсь — как это отзывается в теле? Какое расстояние мне комфортно? От чего это зависит?
Пришла хорошая фраза — мама и малыш «в паре». А ведь в самом деле, эта пара уже есть, она уже сложилась. Что если воспринимать малыша именно как партнера? Какие у нас с ним (с ней) отношения? Кто ведет? Как мы слушаем друг друга, как реагируем на «приглашения» и «просьбы»?
2. Работа с импульсами. Замечать откуда начинается движение, что его инициирует, следую я за приглашением извне или начинаю сама? Что меняет. Большая тема, интересно продолжить.
Следующее занятие уже в следующем году, (предварительно) 14 января!

Кажется, тему паттернов развития движения (developmental movements) можно продолжать бесконечно — особенно когда перед глазами такие отличные модели для изучения этих самых паттернов :) Правда, благодаря малышам двигаемся мы не быстро, так что нет опасности, что тема слишком быстро закончится :) В этот раз занятие для нас проводила cпециально приглашенный гость — Катя Величко. Как следует успели разобрать только один из базовых паттернов — «push», отталкивание. (Подробнее об этих паттернах здесь).
Пока мы ползались, отталкиваясь, малыши тоже ползали с нами… а иногда по нам :)
принесла большой мешок с самодельными игрушками, и мы все просто не могли от него оторваться :) И в конце мы сделали с этими игрушками упражнение, которое в прошлый раз предложила Марина, это разминка из жонглирования: быстро-быстро передавать по кругу много-много игрушек, стараться как можно меньше задерживать их у себя в руках, сохраняя при этом расслабленность и расфокусируя внимания, направляя его друг на друга, на детей, на свое состояние, но не на руки. Тема фокуса (вернее — как сохранять много разных фокусов одновременно) тоже постоянно с нами.

Наши занятия создают дополнительные точки наблюдения, можно потом вспоминать — на первом занятии он еще не ползал, только голову приподнимал, на следующем крутился вокруг своей оси и пытался отталкиваться назад, теперь подтягивает ноги на четвереньки… будем наблюдать дальше как паттерны развития движения разворачиваются прямо на глазах :) Мы обсуждали на занятии, даже в нашей небольшой группе у каждого ребенка движения развиваются немного по-своему: кто-то сначала долго подтягивает ноги, тренируется прежде чем встать на четвереньки, кто-то начинает позже, но зато почти сразу ползет; кто-то переворачивается одной стороной (гомолатеральные движения), кто-то сразу переворачивается через спирали (контрлатеральный движения), и так далее. Но основные вехи, конечно, все так или иначе проходят. Меняется все очень быстро, поэтому здорово когда хватает внимания и внимательности заметить как это все происходит, а то и повторить :)
Меня удивило, что такой маленький ребенок (через неделю Илюше пять месяцев) уже ценит компанию :) Если дома хорошо если он один поиграет на развивающем коврике минут пятнадцать, то здесь (конечно с перерывом на поесть), прозанимался со всеми больше двух с половиной часов! И далеко не все время сидел у меня на руках, довольно долго он вполне самостоятельно находился на полу, пытаясь ползти или просто с интересом наблюдая за окружающими, особенно детьми. Но дело даже не в интересе к другим детям — кажется, ему просто было комфортно, что все мы находимся в едином пространстве, и он является полноправным участником этого пространства и всего происходящего.
Под впечатлением от занятия стала и дома чаще выпускать его на пол. До этого мне было как-то неловко, что ли, класть на пол такого малыша. Но посмотрев на старших товарищей :) которые уже уверенно ползают по деревянному полу, ничуть не смущаясь тем что он скользкий или твердый, тоже осмелела, и оказалось, что ребенок на нем очень даже уверенно себя чувствует. И сама стала больше времени за компанию проводить на полу. И думаю, ничего удивительного, что ребенок ценит, что мама не где-то там на недоступной высоте, а ползает рядом :) В таком лежачем ракурсе она не кажется такой огромной по сравнению со мной, и очень даже доступна :)
