Специальных мест и практик, где можно заниматься вместе с малышом не так уж много, но все-таки они есть, например, бэби-йога, «мягкая школа».
Альфия недавно очень хорошо сформулировала в чем же состоит отличие именно подхода BabyContact, и мне захотелось поделиться этим здесь:
В отличие от других практик работы с телом и движением уроки BabyContact – это практики для детей и родителей на основе танца во всем его многообразии. Мы используем идеи, техники, упражнения из танцевальной и контактной импровизации, танцевально-двигательной терапии, работу с голосом и звучанием, сочетание игры, стихов, движения и танца в потешках, хороводах, танец с предметами.
Мы предлагаем особую культуру отношения к себе, к своему малышу, к своему танцу, к своему телу – внимательное, любящее, заботливое и уверенное.
Важный принцип – мы не учим детей танцевать, мы танцуем вместе с ними, показывая через отношение к своему телу и свободному танцу ценность этого опыта.
Радостный, близкий контакт с ребенком, которому способствуют наши занятия — это основа базового доверия к миру, благодаря которой он сможет исследовать мир, устанавливать интимные глубокие отношения с другими людьми, любить и принимать свое тело и себя в целом, испытывать уверенность в своей взрослой жизни.

Уже состоялось шесть встреч нашей группы, и ни одно занятие не было похоже на другое.
На последних двух встречах мы танцевали аутентичный танец, когда танцующий импровизирует и выражает через движение то, что ощущает, переживает внутри. Мамы начинали танцевать сами, а иногда дети сразу просились на руки – и тогда получался танец-история про маму и малыша. Когда ребенок подходил к маме прямо во время движения – рождался танец о том,как маме танцуется самой и что меняется, когда малыш оказывается рядом.
Еще мы начали использовать цветные карандаши и бумагу – в начале занятия садимся и рисуем свое настроение.Очень здорово, и дети, даже годовалые, тоже выбирают себе по вкусу цвет и участвуют в общем рисунке.
У нас на занятиях много импровизации, свободного движения, а специально для детей мы придумали детский танец, который дети с года могут повторить вместе со взрослыми.
Приходят на занятия и совсем маленькие, трехмесячные, с интересом наблюдают происходящее, танцуют у мамы на руках, а иногда засыпают в слинге.
Еще у студии, в которой проходят встречи нашей группы, появилась своя страничка в жж – Здесь проходят детские развивающие занятия по вальфдорской системе (и в занятии есть время, когда дети занимаются свободной игрой, а мамы рукодельничают), а по выходным – мастер-классы для взрослых и детей по керамике (свой гончарный куг и печка для обжига).
Babycontact в Беляево – встречаемся по четвергам, с 11 до 12.30.

Всем привет! В рядах танцующих и желающих примкнуть к ним появилась идея проведения занятий в районе м. ВДНХ, куда удобно добираться целой группе симпатизирующих Babycontact людей, включая меня. Обсуждение этого вопроса происходило как лично с Альфиёй, так и здесь. Если народу наберётся достаточно и если зал, в котором планируется проведение занятий, подойдёт для этих целей (организаторы готовы рассмотреть вариант занятий в филиале родительской школы «Драгоценность» в правом крыле входа ВВЦ) – возможно, всё получится. Пишите, кому ещё удобен этот район.

Группа контактной импровизации в Дахабе набирает обороты. Мы собираемся в неформальной обстановке во дворе дома на Эль Фанаре, включаем музыку и танцуем под открытым небом на фоне красивейших закатов!
На занятия приходят дети от 4 месяцев до 12 лет вместе с мамами, папами и даже бабушками. Детишки играют в свои игры, периодически присоединяясь к танцующим родителям, а те, кто давно занимаются, с удовольствием участвуют во многих упражнениях и играх: перекидывают ХЭЙ!, копируют движения взрослых и детей, а когда повторяют за ними, начинают с упоением выделывать причудливые движения. А дети постарше с удовольствием танцуют и участвуют в перформансах.
На одном из занятий у нас спонтанно возникла импровизация голосом: один человек издавал разные звуки, другой их протанцовывал, а потом наоборот, один танцевал, а партнер озвучивал, а в завершении то же самое делали в парах, двое танцевали, двое озвучивали. Для раскрытия темы легкости нам пригодились легкие платочки, как во фридайвинге мы в танце расслаблялись во время движения, работали с темой импульсов и диалогов.
Оказывается, мы уже многое успели, и надеюсь, многое еще впереди.

7 января мы провели три очень насыщенных часа, в которых так много всего уместилось:

Друзья, с наступившим, с новым танцевальным годом!
Ждем вас на наших занятиях (все группы продолжат заниматься как обычно, смотрите в разделе «Расписание» на сайте).
Единственное изменение — с января немного поднимутся цены на занятия на Лялином пер. (группа в среду и четверг), теперь разовое занятие будет стоить 450 руб., абонемент на 4 занятия – 1600 руб., или 400 руб. за одно занятие. Если у вас остался абонемент с прошлого года, то он действует до окончания срока его действия.

Поздравляем всех с наступившим! И хотим напомнить, что завтра будет праздник BabyContact — большой семейный танцевальный джем, на который мы ждем родителей и детей самого разного возраста, необязательно маленьких.
Праздник начнется с танцевального урока-разогрева для всей семьи, а затем пространство будет открыто для танца, игры и общения за чаем. Мы хотим, чтобы каждый нашел то, чем ему интересно заниматься. Для этого мы придумали разные идеи, которые позволят взрослым и детям включиться в совместный танец и почувствовать настроение праздника!
Одежда приветствуется празднично-новогодняя, но главное свободная, подходящая для танца.
Если у вас есть силы что-то приготовить, будет здорово – мы знаем, что с появлением ребенка у многих просыпается интерес к кулинарии, поэтому хотим сделать обмен вкусными рецептами :) (да, напишите рецепт того, что получится).

На последнем в этом году babycontact’е получилось много настроенческих фотографий. Таких, как эта:
