Движение Babycontact становится международным! На прошлой неделе в Таллинне появилась группа для танцующих мам и малышей. Вот здесь организационная информация, а здесь фотографии и рассказ о первом занятии. Несколько идей (про следование за движениями ребенка, перекаты с ребенком, стать на время «послушной мамой») даже захотелось попробовать.
Поздравляем маленьких и больших танцующих коллег с начинанием!

В среду 5 ноября состоялось наше первое занятие! По горячим следам хочется записать несколько мыслей.
Что понравилось:
— Что мы начали!
— Что мы очень хорошо поговорили, прояснили что каждый хочет и зачем, поделились возможными идеями (про это смотрите отдельный пост). И несмотря на все разговоры, все-таки успели потанцевать :)
Выводы, мысли, идеи:
— Стало понятно, что сохранять внимание, когда почти в любой момент времени хотя бы кто-то из участников отвлекается на ребенка, довольно непросто. Это нормально, нужно это принять и учитывать как часть ситуации.
— Поэтому упражнения должны быть достаточно ясные и простые, чтобы их можно было делать держа ребенка в поле внимания.
— В следующий раз не забыть игрушки для детей :)
— Можно приглашать не только мам (пап, бабушек :)) но и всех, кому нравится возиться с детьми. Им в радость, а мамам лишняя возможность побыть с собой. Во всяком случае подошедшие к концу занятия и очень хорошо вписались :)

Предлагаю в этом посте собирать идеи для наших занятий. Вот идеи и предложения, которые уже появлялись:
Работа с телом, танец, движение:
— Использование основных принципов контактной импровизации в контакте с малышом: вес, прикосновение, следование за центром, перекаты, сферичность. Совместный танец как источник более тесного и близкого контакта с малышом.
- «Ребенок как учитель»: учиться у малыша, наблюдать за ним, следовать за его движениями. Использование паттернов развития движения и Основ Бартеньефф.
— Работа с голосом как способ самовыражения и контакта с малышом.
— «Аутентичный» танец – когда танцуешь и выражаешь через движение то, что ощущаешь, переживаешь внутри. Использование элементов аутентичного движения. Спонтанность, легкость, игра — как основа танца, бытия с малышом. Ну и жизни в целом :)
Работа с эмоциями, мыслями:
— Использование методов и игр Нового кода НЛП для доступа к ресурсам бессознательного, получения высокопродуктивного состояния для того чтобы научиться справляться с эмоциями, проблемами, для поиска новых идей и инсайтов. (Оля )
— Использование методов процессуальной терапии. Основная идея — доверие процессу, то есть всему необычному, странному, несуразном и даже проблемному, что с нами происходит. Она работает с симптомами, отношениями, сновидениями, экстремальными состояниями сознания (например, с депрессией, зависимостями и т.д.) В процессуальной работе используются разные каналы — движение, звук, зрительный канал, ощущения. То есть средства могут быть разные — от рисунка, танца до пения и разыгрывания ролей. (Альфия )
— Поиск себя, своего пути; дети и другие сферы жизни, как научиться их гармонично сочетать. Собственно, это про то как быть более счастливой и гармоничной мамой :)
