Чтобы найти наше сообщество, я ввожу в строчку поисковика слово babycontact. Результат – не только наше ЖЖ, но иногда и сообщения других пользователей в их журналах. Так можно и обратную связь читать, узнавать, как и когда люди рекомендуют нас кому-то из друзей.
Вот такой приятный пост нашелся от Оли (мама Гели). Приятный, потому что девчонки самые "старенькие" наши участницы. Геле было 2 месяца, когда мы встретились в первый раз. Сейчас ей уже третий год.
И они с мамой приходят танцевать и играть на группу на Авиамоторную, в Драгоценность.

У меня хорошие новости!
18 февраля, пятница, метро ВДНХ, начинаются занятия старшей группы (от 1 до 3 лет) – "Танцуем вместе с деткой – группы BabyContact".
Время занятий – с 11.15 до 12.45.
Мы занимаемся по новому адресу:
метро ВДНХ,Звездный бульвар, дом 1, клуб Дофинэ. Здесь карта.
Записаться можно в форме регистрации вот здесь (указав в комментарии, что вы в старшую группу).
Стоимость занятия по абонементу 500 рублей, разового – 600 рублей.
Я очень рекомендую покупать абонемент. Регулярные занятия помогают вашему малышу и вам легче адаптироваться в группе, закреплять навыки (для формирования устойчивых связей важно повторение), а всей группе в целом развиваться и чувствовать доверие.
Участие в наших группах – совершенно незабываемое впечатление! Приходите заниматься вместе, пока малыш еще не вырос и не начал заниматься самостоятельно :)

Я набираю новые группы на ВДНХ по пятницам.
Начало занятий 4 марта 2011.
1. Для мам и малышей 4-7 месяцев (рожденных с 15 августа по 1 ноября 2010 года)
Время занятий Пятница, 12.45-14.00 (будет уточняться)
2. Для мам и малышей 7-10 месяцев (рожденных 15 мая-15 августа 2010 года)
Время занятий Пятница, 14.00-15.30 (будет уточняться)
3. Для мам и старшеньких деток 10 мес – 1,5 лет
Время занятий Пятница, 11.00-12.30 (будет уточняться)
Мы продолжаем играть и танцевать вместе с деткой, а также…
Новое в наших группах:
1. Группы по более близкому возрасту.
2. Цикл занятий (с четким началом и завершением группы) – стабильная, развивающаяся группа, в которой каждая мама может получить поддержку.
3.Кроме практики в занятия включены небольшие теоретические кусочки и просмотр видео про особенности развития деток в этом возрасте.
4. Совместное с ведущим исследование того, как развиваются ваши отношения с малышом до и после курса. При желании вы можете получить ответы на вопросы, касающиеся актуальных для вас вопросов, связанных с воспитанием малыша.
5. Ориентация на поддержку вашего индивидуального стиля воспитания данного конкретного малыша.
Условия участия в группе:
1. Обязательная предварительная регистрация. Запись по телефону 8-926-933-5687 (Альфия Рахманова) или по адресу alfacontact * gmail * com
2. Предварительная встреча с ведущей группы до начала занятий, чтобы познакомиться, прояснить цели и задачи группы, а также ваши ожидания.
3. Оплата участия в цикле занятий (10 занятий, 2-2,5 месяца) – 5000 рублей. При желании возможно пробное занятие (600 рублей).
4. Участие в анкетировании до и после цикла занятий.

Сегодня завершился наш первый обучающий курс для преподавателей BabyContact!
В качестве отдыха как смены одной творческой деятельности на другую – я села и подготовила новый выпуск рассылки. На этот раз он посвящен обустройству комнаты для ребенка.

Пролистала наш ЖЖ. Поняла, что много пишем про наши поездки в разные города.
Однако, мне захотелось присоединиться к Оле и написать про московские группы, которые мне посчастливилось вести.
Группы в центре Драгоценность.
Из очень приятного – некоторые участники прошлого года подросли и вернулись в этом году! Это новое для нашего молодого направления! Теперь группа со старшенькими (от 1 года до 3 лет) большая и активная. Скажу честно, что на занятиях мы уже не так много танцуем. Но много играем в телесно-ориентированные игры, поем, иногда рисуем и даже смотрим сказки. Но это, как сказала одна из участниц, "рюшечки". Однако, они увлекательные и важные для развития малышей и контакта с мамами, нони готовят к танцу, помогают включить наших "внутренних" детей – игривых и счастливых. Это позволяет даже мамам, которые не привыкли двигаться и танцевать, разогреться, почувствовать себя живыми и настоящими.
Для меня по прежнему остаются любимыми моменты, когда мы свободно танцуем или упражняемся в паттернах движения малышей.
Группа младшеньких продолжает формироваться. Однако и в ней есть участница, приходящая второй сезон, которая из малюсенькой почти новорожденной малышки подросла в прекрасную активно-ползающую принцессу.
Группы на ВДНХ.
В группе старшеньких, которые были переполнены в прошлом году, все изменилось. Кто-то из мам вышел на работу, кто-то переехал далеко, кто-то из детей пошел в садик. Поэтому сейчас группа продолжает формироваться. Из открытий, сделанных на этой группе – серия упражнений про паттерн "толкание", когда малыш начинает опираться и отталкиваться от пола. Этот паттерн затем переходит в психологическую способность говорить"нет", отталкивать то, что не хочешь, четко знать, где находится граница допустимого для меня. Оказалось, что не у всех мам эта способность развита. И мы целое занятие учились толкаться, бороться, включать ладошки, настаивать на своем. Это было чудесно. Иначе, как же мама сможет поддержать в своем ребенке это умение, если она не знает, что это такое и почему это важно?
В младшей группе в этом году множество новеньких малышей! Они прекрасные, очень разные и пока мы только присматриваемся друг к другу. На этой группе у меня лучше всего получается говорить с мамами про связь нашего тела и души – про то, что тело – это не что-то отдельное от меня, но и есть я. Мы учимся присваивать свои ощущения себе, учимся осознавать себя "здесь и сейчас".

Группа младшеньких началась только в ближайшую пятницу.
И сразу мы сделали множество открытий. Например, мне раньше не приходило в голову такая простая мысль – что мамы могут сами придумать движения на нижнем уровне (на полу), а потом учить находкам друг друга. До этого – мы из роли ведущего учили мам тому, что умеем сами.
Эту идею мы на группе реализовали! Получилось очень интересно. К сожалению, мы не успели потом интегрировать это в танец, но постараемся в следующий раз! Идей множество – и очень интересных!
Вторая свежая мысль – дать детям играть и общаться друг с другом. И наблюдать за ними. Я увидела, что мамы не очень активно включаются в упражнения, я спросила, почему. Мамы ответили, что не хочется отрывать детей от того, что они делают. И тогда мы окунулись в тот мир, который строили наши малыши. Получилось очень интересно – не вмешиваться, но быть вместе, зеркалить движения, наслаждаться тем, что мы свидетельствуем их исследование мира.
А еще на всех группах я стараюсь в завершение дать мама и деткам расслабиться и отдохнуть. Таким образом, малыш учиться тому, что мама умеет быть расслабленной рядом с ним, а мама учиться (или вспоминает), что она умеет отпускать напряжение. Это важно, поскольку большинство мам находятся в непрерывном "тонусе", все время "на старте". Однако, важно восстанавливать свои ресурсы. Мне видится, что это один из основных результатов наших занятий!

6 и 7 ноября снова буду в Петербурге.
Проведу 4 класса для деток и родителей и двухдневный воркшоп (8 часов) для преподавателей, которые хотели бы включить работу с телом и движением в свою практику детско-родительских групп.
Мастерклассы для детей с родителями будут проводиться:
Старшая группа ("ходунки" до 3 лет):

Младшая группа (от 3 месяцев до года* – "ползунки" и "детки на руках"):

Воркшоп для педагогов:
Темы:
- расширение двигательного репертуара (как двигаться разнообразно и с удовольствием)
- обогащение словесного двигательного словаря (как можно говорить о своем двигательном и телесном опыте)
- взрослые и детские разминки- разогревы (идеи для быстрого включения в движение и танец)
- работа с образом тела у ребенка раннего возраста и взрослого (как взрослые формируют телесность ребенка)
- импровизированный танец – выразительное движение
- паттерны двигательного развития ребенка (зачем они взрослому, и как помочь ребенку сохранить природную естественность движений)
- связь эмоция-мысль-телесное выражение
- полимодальность детского восприятия (телесное ощущение – звук – образ -движение- вкус)
- связь физического и психологического развития.
Формат воркшопа:
Основная цель – включить преподавателей в движение, танец, голосовую импровизацию. Через собственный двигательный опыт и телесную осознанность, педагог сможет передавать это и участникам своих групп. От собственной практики, к теоретическому пониманию.
Начало 6 и 7 ноября с 15.30 до 19.30
Стоимость участия для педагогов – 2 500 р. за два дня

Мне очень очень очень понравилось в Калиниграде.
Если вы там еще не бывали – непременно побывайте!
Мастер-классы прошли чудесно!
Думаю, что самые прекрасные мамы Калиниграда приехали потанцевать, поиграть вместе с малышами.
Удивительно, что несмотря на небольшие расстояния по сравнению с Москвой, не все мамы добрались до центра "Сотворение", в котором мы занимались.
На самой старшей группе, которая больше всего хотела активности и танцевальных экспериментов – с движением на разных уровнях и поддержками, было две мамы с большими животиками. Новые малыши скоро скоро уже появятся на свет :)
Мы попробовали не только практические классы, но и организовали 2 тематические родительские дискуссии. Главным впечатлением для меня стала возможность намного больше узнать друг друга, пообщаться вдоволь по сущностным темам, услышать друг друга и вдохновиться!
Конечно, даже 2 класса по 1,5 часа- это так мало, чтобы поделиться всем, чем хочется поделиться!!! Милые Калиниградские мамочки, танцуйте дома!!! Делитесь своими открытиями тут, в нашем ЖЖ.
