7 ноября в центре Birtlight (центр родительских практик на основе йоги) мы проводим уникальный трехчасовой мастер-класс!
Он включает в себя теорию и практику танцевальной импровизации для мам и малышей.
За время мастер-класса мы дадим все основные "инструменты", раскроем все основные секреты, которые вы сможете использовать дома.
Если у вас не получается ходить к нам регулярно, и вы хотели бы танцевать с малышом дома, на этом мастер-классе вы сможете расширить репертуар ваших возможностей, пообщаться с нами, с другими танцующими мамами, задать вопросы.
Мы приглашаем мам и малышей, а также будущих родителей, которые хотят научиться использовать движение и танец как один из творческих путей контакта и игры с малышом.

В ближайшую субботу, 10-го октября, мы танцевали в парке Царицыно. Нас было много и, что очень приятно, с нами были не только мамы и малыши, но и 3 папы! Часть занятия прошла с музыкой, но когда у ноутбука села батарейка, мы начали танцевать под звуки природы. Желтые деревья, все еще зеленая трава, небо, люди вокруг – все кружилось и наполняло тело радостью! Танец стал объемным, потому что на руках и в слингах сидели малыши, и лес приглашал впустить себя в танец. Очень похоже на сон или мечту или красивую сказку. Пусть это впечатление от веселого ритма, радостных родителей, теплых маминых рук и согревающего дыхания на холодном свежем воздухе, кружащихся желтых листьев в маминых волосах останется с нашими малышами еще надолго.
При попытке спрятать фото под кат я их случайно дважды удалила. Восстановив все в третий раз, не рискую прятать их, извините, что получилось длинно.

Приглашаем всех мам и малышей на танцевальную встречу на природу!
Сейчас красивая золотая осень. Мы хотим потанцевать в листве в одном из московских парков. Мы хотим запечатлеть наши танцы и игры на фото и видео, чтобы это осталось на память.
В субботу, 10 октября, мы встречаемся на станции метро Орехово и отправляемся в Царицынский парк. Играть, танцевать и быть вместе мы планируем с 12.00 до 14.00.
Если вы едите на метро, то мы встречаемся в 11.45 около последнего вагона из центра.
Если вы добираетесь на машине – в 11.50 около входа в парк со стороны метро Орехово.
Идет вторая неделя октября, погода переменчивая. Если будет дождливо, то встреча отменяется. Если солнечно, но прохладно, мы все равно встречаемся.

у нас есть любимое упражнение – повторение за малышами. Оно очень богато своими возможностями! Если его делать правильно, то есть не формально копировать движения малыша, а также присоединяться к его звукам, мимике, состоянию, тогда мама намного больше понимает своего малыша, причины его действий. Получается такое "эмпатическое" слушание.
Кроме того, когда мы делаем его всей группой, мы учимся у деток новым движениям, позам, скорости. Например, в прошлый раз благодаря двухлетнему Юре мы поняли, что скорость, с которой малыш меняет позы – просто невероятная! Для нас, взрослых, такая энергичность очень непривычна, а для деток – в самый раз!
Упражнение всегда богато новым материалом. Детки очень честные в том, что делают. Даже когда они понимают, что находятся "на сцене" и группа взрослых повторяет за ними все их движения, они ни капли не смущаются, остаются "видимыми" и продолжают делать то, что им нравится. Этот навык очень полезен всем тем, кто оказывается в ситуации выступления перед публикой.
Мамы говорят, что упажнение можно повторять бесконечное количество раз, открывая все новые нюансы прявлений столь знакомого человека – своего малыша.

Важный вопрос задала одна мама по телефону и одна мама, приехавшая на занятия чуть позже – а как быть с дневным сном малыша, если занятия начинаются в 13.30?
У всех малышей ритмы отдыха и бодрствования меняются с возрастом. Кто-то поздно просыпается утром, кто-то рано. Кто-то спит днем 4 раза, кто-то 3-2-1. Наше время занятия сейчас совпадает со временем сна моего малыша. Но пока мы добираемся до Курской, он немного высыпается по дороге. Если он продолжает спать я кладу его в зале и занимаюсь сама.
Некоторые малыши спят у мам в слинге, а мамы танцуют. Некоторые спят в автокреслицах и т.д.
Вообщем, вариантов решений много. Даже поспав минут 20-30, мой кроха просыпается и с интересом бежит исследовать новое место, новые игрушки, новых людей. Часто он снова засыпает уже по дороге домой, "добирая" то, что не сдалал раньше.
Точно знаю, что если вам захочется танцевать и участвовать, то вы "договоритесь" с крохой о времени сна в этот конкретный день.

Первые мои впечатления от занятий в прошлом году – неужели это возможно – танцевать с малышом на руках?! Это ведь такое сильное ограничение!
Однако, медленно, но верно, мы действительно продвинулись вперед. Прошлое занятие показало мне, что мамы, которые приходят к нам, постепенно все больше входят в танец и импровизируют. Для этого нужно немножко больше времени, чем обычно, но тем не менее даже за одно занятие происходит разогрев тела, знакомство с привычными движениями и переход в импровизацию вместе с малышом и другими мамами.
У нас уже появились любимые упражнения и темs для работы. И добавляются новые.
Важные впечатления наших участниц, появившиеся в обратной связи на занятии:
- возможность самовыражения, творчества,
- радость и прилив энергии в танце,
- детки могут оставаться на руках,
- большее осознание своего тела,
- позволение импровизировать и танцевать так, как хочется,
- возможность встречи с мамами и детьми, возможность пообщаться, побыть в компании,
- деткам всегда очень интересно и приятно бегать (ползать) по залу,
- смотреть на танцующих радостных мам,
- играть в общую кучу игрушек, а также,
- присоединяться к танцу.
