В ближайшую субботу, 10-го октября, мы танцевали в парке Царицыно.
Нас было много и, что очень приятно, с нами были не только мамы и малыши, но и 3 папы!
Часть занятия прошла с музыкой, но когда у ноутбука села батарейка, мы начали танцевать под звуки природы. Желтые деревья, все еще зеленая трава, небо, люди вокруг – все кружилось и наполняло тело радостью! Танец стал объемным, потому что на руках и в слингах сидели малыши, и лес приглашал впустить себя в танец.
Очень похоже на сон или мечту или красивую сказку.
Пусть это впечатление от веселого ритма, радостных родителей, теплых маминых рук и согревающего дыхания на холодном свежем воздухе, кружащихся желтых листьев в маминых волосах останется с нашими малышами еще надолго.
При попытке спрятать фото под кат я их случайно дважды удалила. Восстановив все в третий раз, не рискую прятать их, извините, что получилось длинно.

Мы с сыном рады выступить с благодарственным словом в адрес Альфии и Оли, дар убеждения которых побудил нас сегодня проехать через всю Москву и окунуться в танцевальное настроение на свежем воздухе. Всё ещё зелёная трава, разноцветная листва, яркое солнце и ясное небо позволили насладиться палитрой золотой осени. Кружиться в танце, обнимая восклицающего от восторга малыша, подставляя лицо солнцу и ветру… Не из тех ли это картин, что мы видим во сне и представляем в мечтах?
Обмениваясь прикосновениями, побуждающими к плавным движениям в пространстве, с улыбающимися и открытыми миру людьми, даже после прекращения действа ещё какое-то время живёшь и мыслишь в этом ритме. Сегодня мы сложили в корзинку своей души всё, чего часто не хватает в городских условиях – воздух, движение, общение, яркие краски. Давайте заглядывать в неё почаще.

На одном из занятий у Оли Сима взяла — и уснула. А в это время все вокруг танцевали, звучала такая мягкая, хорошая музыка. Но сдвинуться Оле в этот момент было, не разбудив Симу, невозможно. Да и это нередкий случай у нас — ведь мамы то и дело принимаются кормить малышей, и вроде бы, в этот момент особо не потанцуешь…
Но что такое танец, что мы считаем танцем? И так ли для этого нужно кружиться по залу и делать что-то активное? Ведь танец — он прежде всего внутри…
В контактной импровизации есть такое понятие — «маленький танец». Это когда вы ничего специально не делаете, а просто внимательно наблюдаете за микро-движениями, которые есть в теле, даже когда вы, казалось бы, находитесь в неподвижности. В теле всегда есть всегда есть движение дыхания, какие-то микро-напряжения, необходимые для поддержания вертикальной структуры тела. И если начать осознавать эти микродвижения, то получается войти в больший контакт с собой, и отпустить ненужные напряжения. И это может быть началом танца, очень маленького и настоящего.
И если помнить про этот «маленький танец», то никаких преград для танца внутри нет. Оля сказала про это очень хорошую, запомнившуюся мне фразу:
«Если жизнь тебя поместила в эти обстоятельства, пригвоздила в эту точку пространства — это не повод из этой точки не танцевать.»
