Начало занятий: 29 сентября
По четвергам в 11.00 — на м.Баррикадная/Краснопресненская, в Центре Йоги Прана / Ольга
«Прана» — крупнейший центр йоги в Москве, у них уже проходят занятия йогой для беременных и для детей 4-7 лет, а для мам и малышей нашего возраста ничего пока не было. Там очень хорошая атмосфера, и надеюсь, что нашим участникам, которые привыкли заниматься на м.Курская будет даже удобнее сюда добираться — это тоже кольцевая ветка, но ближе от метро (около семи минут пешком), с парковкой в близлежащих дворах днем довольно спокойно. В центре есть вегетерианский бар, можно потом сходить в зоопарк :)
Эта группа будет для малышей от трех месяцев до года (ползунки, дети на руках и начинающие ходить).
Возможно попозже, если будет запрос, откроем здесь же дополнительную группу для детей после года.
По пятницам в 14.30 — на м.проспект Вернадского, в центре «Волшебный ребенок» / Альфия
«Волшебный ребенок» — очень известный центр подготовки к беременности и родам, у них проводится много творческих занятий для детей и родителей. Нам близок их подход и поэтому мы рады возможности начать сотрудничество. Думаю, что эта группа будет удобна тем, кто живет поблизости. Более подробная информация о группе будет у Альфии после ее возвращения на следующей неделе.

Еще в прошлом году нас начали спрашивать, проводим ли мы обучение по BabyContact для преподавателей и всех, кто интересуется подходом BabyContact для занятий танцем и движением с детьми и родителями. Летом мы проводили несколько коротких мастер-классов для специалистов, в рамках конференции по танцевально-двигательной терапии и фестиваля Интегрального танца, а теперь наконец определены даты и программа более длительного Обучающего Курса.
Курс будет состоять из двух взаимосвязанных блоков 30-31 октября и 20-21 ноября.

Вот и закончилась эта невозможная, невиданная у нас жара. Надеюсь, вы и ваши малыши перенесли ее спокойно. И теперь в более спокойной, а главное, прохладной :) обстановке появляются мысли и желание выбраться потанцевать вместе. А может за это время подросли и новые участники :)
В начале сентября по мере набора групп мы планируем продолжить наши танцевальные занятия.
Сейчас решаем где будем вести занятия — хочется чтобы эти места были удобны.
Практически точно продолжим занятия на м. Авиамоторная (в центре «Драгоценность»), на м.ВДНХ и м. Беляево (как только соберутся группы).
По поводу занятий на м.Курская думаем — есть также вариант зала на м.Красные Ворота, там всего две минуты пешком от метро.
Также рассматриваем вариант занятий в субботу (тоже скорее на Красных Воротах).
В связи с этим вопросы к тем, кто собирается ходить в этом сезоне:
1. Какая станция метро для вас предпочтительнее? (Напишите где вы сами живете.)
2. Какие дни недели удобнее?
3. Какое время?
Москва очень и большая и количество групп ограничено, так что мы не сможем учесть все пожелания, но будем стараться.

Друзья, в эту субботу в 11.30 у нас состоится мастер-класс по BabyContact в новом месте — в детском Клубе «Солнечный Дом», . Это детская творческая студия, которая только недавно открылась, но в ней уже происходит много интересного — здесь родители вместе с детьми лепят, рисуют, делают аппликации, занимаются йогой, здесь проводятся слинговстречи (ближайшая в эту пятницу).

Студия расположена в самом центре, всего пара минут пешком от метро «Красные Ворота».
Для тех, кто остается в городе на выходные, суббота – хорошая возможность придти вместе с папами!

Друзья, мы приняли решение организовать Весенние Танцы там же, где и в прошлый раз — в Царицыно!
Для этого сразу несколько причин — во-первых, приятно создавать традиции :) а во-вторых, и что даже важнее, там близко от выхода из метро и меньше народу.
На занятии мы будем играть с ленточками, воздушными шарами, пускать мыльные пузыри — и конечно, танцевать с малышами! Зовите пап, берите с собой фото- и видео- камеры и что-нибудь для пикника — устроим после занятия :)
Как добраться: м. Орехово, последний вагон из центра, выход налево, вход в парк сразу у выхода.
Что взять: воду, что-нибудь для пикника, можно взять какую-нибудь подстилку или коврик.
Взнос на орг.расходы 100 р. со взрослого.
Сбор участников в 11.30 у входа в парк. Если потеряетесь или будете опаздывать, звоните мне или Альфие.
Если вы собираетесь придти, запишитесь, пожалуйста, в эту форму, чтобы мы представляли сколько будет народу.

Друзья, через выходные, в воскресенье 23 мая мы сделать танцевальное занятие на природе.
Прошлой осенью мы уже устраивали Осенние Танцы, в желтых листьях в Царицыно, а теперь хотим продолжить эту традицию и потанцевать весной, на свежей траве, среди одуванчиков с уже совсем теплым пригревающим солнцем!
Сбор участников будет с 11.30 до 12.00, в 12.00 начнем танцевать. Будет небольшое занятие, с музыкой, упражнениями, а затем время для свободного общения. Можно взять термосы и прочие заначки, чтобы в завершении устроить пикник.
Место пока окончательно не выбрано, из вариантов рассматриваем Царицыно (как в прошлый раз), Коломенское (в яблоневых садах) и Ботанический Сад. Нам важно, чтобы было довольно близко от метро и не слишком людно. Есть ли есть еще какие-то идеи или предпочтения, пишите. Как только решим окончательно, напишем еще раз.
Конечно, очень хочется, чтобы к нам присоединились папы — зовите, хотя бы в качестве фотографов-операторов!
А еще это возможность познакомиться живьем для участников наших групп в разных концах Москвы :)
Сразу предваряя вопрос «а если дождь» — если будет дождь, то мы поймем это с утра и просто отменим и перенесем на другие выходные.

P.S. Знаю, что это сообщество читают люди из мест за пределами Москвы, где нет занятий BabyContact. Но наверняка у вас есть друзья с детьми и свежая весенняя травка :) Так что вы можете присоединиться к нам заочно и устроить собственные танцы на природе в стиле BabyContact. Давайте устроим такой детско-родительский танцевальный флешмоб в разных городах :)
