Сегодня в "Драгоценности" на родительском клубе обсуждали тему создания творческой среды для развития ребенка.
Основные идеи, которые звучали:
1. Одно из важных условий – мама любит и умеет получать удовольствие от творчества сама. Ведь научить другого чему-то можно, если сам умеешь делать это хорошо. Малыш, находясь в атмосфере творчества, также растет творческим человеком.
2. В первые несколько лет жизни малыша (лет до 3-4) не учить его каким-то шаблонам. Например, рисовать домики, солнышки и елочки определенного вида. Но скорее давать ему выражать то, что он хочет сам, не привязываясь к форме. Ребенок получает удовольствие от возни и экспериментов с материалом – с водой, с красками, с глиной, с тканью, бумагой и т.д. В 3-4 года уже можно начинать учиться формальной стороне дела, например, учиться рисовать у профессионального педагога-художника.
Мне вспомнилось, что человека, способного к творчеству, можно узнать по таким "сопутствующим" способностям
- чувство юмора (умение смотреть на задачу с разных точек зрения и немного со стороны)
- легкость
- гибкость ума (не застревает в одной идее)
- смелость в озвучивании и реализации своих идей
- позволение себе "дурачиться", ошибаться, быть "неправильным", задавать глупые вопросы
- доверие и открытость интуиции
Хочется добавить еще про особое состояние потока, полета души :)
К чему я про это? Так ведь куда же в творчестве без танца и осознанности тела?
Когда я танцую, я нахожу легкость и поток. Когда в танце я контактирую с другими – с детками, с мамами, с папами, я чувствую, как граница контакта смягчается, и я становлюсь более открытой, ясной и честной. Импровизированный танец открывает игривость, спонтанность, гибкость и совсем не задает "шаблонов", а скорее, наоборот, учит из них выбираться, находя новые пути самовыражения через движение.
Я понимаю, что танцевальная импровизация – это отличная творческая среда для развития ребенка, полностью соответствующая его возрастным потребностям, ведь первые два года это:
- стадия развития сенсомоторного интеллекта,
- время телесного, близкого эмоционально насыщенного контакта с мамой,
- важнейший период освоения большинства двигательных навыков,
- знакомство с окружающим пространством через движение (сначала ребенок через тело узнает – где верх, где низ, где право, где лево, что такое "под" и "над" и т.д.).

Специальных мест и практик, где можно заниматься вместе с малышом не так уж много, но все-таки они есть, например, бэби-йога, «мягкая школа».
Альфия недавно очень хорошо сформулировала в чем же состоит отличие именно подхода BabyContact, и мне захотелось поделиться этим здесь:
В отличие от других практик работы с телом и движением уроки BabyContact – это практики для детей и родителей на основе танца во всем его многообразии. Мы используем идеи, техники, упражнения из танцевальной и контактной импровизации, танцевально-двигательной терапии, работу с голосом и звучанием, сочетание игры, стихов, движения и танца в потешках, хороводах, танец с предметами.
Мы предлагаем особую культуру отношения к себе, к своему малышу, к своему танцу, к своему телу – внимательное, любящее, заботливое и уверенное.
Важный принцип – мы не учим детей танцевать, мы танцуем вместе с ними, показывая через отношение к своему телу и свободному танцу ценность этого опыта.
Радостный, близкий контакт с ребенком, которому способствуют наши занятия — это основа базового доверия к миру, благодаря которой он сможет исследовать мир, устанавливать интимные глубокие отношения с другими людьми, любить и принимать свое тело и себя в целом, испытывать уверенность в своей взрослой жизни.

Уже состоялось шесть встреч нашей группы, и ни одно занятие не было похоже на другое.
На последних двух встречах мы танцевали аутентичный танец, когда танцующий импровизирует и выражает через движение то, что ощущает, переживает внутри. Мамы начинали танцевать сами, а иногда дети сразу просились на руки – и тогда получался танец-история про маму и малыша. Когда ребенок подходил к маме прямо во время движения – рождался танец о том,как маме танцуется самой и что меняется, когда малыш оказывается рядом.
Еще мы начали использовать цветные карандаши и бумагу – в начале занятия садимся и рисуем свое настроение.Очень здорово, и дети, даже годовалые, тоже выбирают себе по вкусу цвет и участвуют в общем рисунке.
У нас на занятиях много импровизации, свободного движения, а специально для детей мы придумали детский танец, который дети с года могут повторить вместе со взрослыми.
Приходят на занятия и совсем маленькие, трехмесячные, с интересом наблюдают происходящее, танцуют у мамы на руках, а иногда засыпают в слинге.
Еще у студии, в которой проходят встречи нашей группы, появилась своя страничка в жж – Здесь проходят детские развивающие занятия по вальфдорской системе (и в занятии есть время, когда дети занимаются свободной игрой, а мамы рукодельничают), а по выходным – мастер-классы для взрослых и детей по керамике (свой гончарный куг и печка для обжига).
Babycontact в Беляево – встречаемся по четвергам, с 11 до 12.30.
