31 мая завершающее в этом году занятие на ВДНХ.
Мы решили позаниматься на свежем воздухе, встречаемся в 12.00.
В настоящий момент мы выбираем место Ботанический сад или Останкинский парк. В случае дождя занимаемся в нашем обычно зале на метро ВДНХ, тоже в 12.00 обе группы.

15 и 16 мая к нам приезжал Женя Белозеров из Петербурга с музыкальными классами для малышей.
Будет здорово, если вы напишите о своих впечатлениях, о том, что используете дома после занятий и лекций Жени.
Для меня было очень важным увидеть, потрогать, позвучать разнообразными музыкальными инструментами, которые Женя привез с собой. Удивительным было узнать, что бывает такое количество простых инструментов, которые можно использовать для создания творческой среды для деток с самого маленького возраста, их разделение на три типа – звенелочки, трещалочки, стучалочки.
Важной идеей оказалась идея озвучивания предметов и всего всего вокруг. После этого на всех наших танцевальных классах с мамами, папами и малышами мы стали много звучать, сочетая движение, танец, звучание. Мы делали это и раньше, но теперь мне захотелось этого много много. Импровизация голосом и телом добавила много игры и спонтанности. А как же любят дети, когда родители звучат!!!! Весь мир теперь не только танцует, но и поет.
Все больше я думаю про эту чудесную возможность – целостное восприятие и самовыражение сразу в нескольких модальностях – движение, звук, ощущение, образ. Ощущаем, танцуем, слышим, поем, видим, рисуем.
Раньше я мало задумывалась о работе с вниманием. Теперь я осознанно использую открытое прямое внимание с ползунками, и опосредованное через предмет внимание с ходунками.
Дома у нас зазвучала разнообразная музыка, как и рекомендовал нам Женя. Например, арабская, японская, и, забытая мной на пару лет классическая.
Моим самым большим впечатлением стал "концерт" самых малышек (группа от 6 до 11 месяцев). Они играли инструментами, пробовали их на вкус во всех смыслах, чутко реагировали на новую презентацию других звуков. Через 15 минут тонкого внимания и игры Жени детками, я увидела, что родители просто смотрят, а то, что происходит с детками – это настоящий концерт. Это было трогательно, нежно, красиво!

Друзья, Альфия написала развернутую статью о BabyContact для сборника материалов конференции по танцевально-двигательной терапии, в которой мы будем участвовать в июне.
Там очень много содержательной информации о наших занятиях — о теоретических основах, о том, что танец может дать маме и малышу, о структуре занятия и правилах группы.
Надеюсь, она будет интересна и тем, кто занимается танцем с детьми, и участникам, которым хочется более глубоко понять смысл и принципы подхода Babycontact.

Спасибо всем, кто выбрался вчера в Царицыно за получившийся совместный праздник! Мы всю неделю смотрели прогноз погоды, который обещал дождь и грозы — а день выдался безоблачным, солнечным и жарким. Но на нашей полянке была замечательная тень. Тем, кто не дошел — место там очень хорошее, вход в парк всего в пятидесяти метрах от выхода из метро «Орехово».
Было много мам, пап, детей всех возможных возрастов — от двух недель до десяти лет и мыльных пузырей :)

Наконец-то у нас (а вернее у замечательной пары и ) дошли руки до камеры — cуметь не только принести ее на занятие, но и поснимать, одновременно продолжая танцевать — это очень большое достижение :)
С ленточками придумали такой формат – одна пара с малышом оказывается в кругу, а остальные устраивают вокруг цветной танцевальный дождь

Друзья, мы приняли решение организовать Весенние Танцы там же, где и в прошлый раз — в Царицыно!
Для этого сразу несколько причин — во-первых, приятно создавать традиции :) а во-вторых, и что даже важнее, там близко от выхода из метро и меньше народу.
На занятии мы будем играть с ленточками, воздушными шарами, пускать мыльные пузыри — и конечно, танцевать с малышами! Зовите пап, берите с собой фото- и видео- камеры и что-нибудь для пикника — устроим после занятия :)
Как добраться: м. Орехово, последний вагон из центра, выход налево, вход в парк сразу у выхода.
Что взять: воду, что-нибудь для пикника, можно взять какую-нибудь подстилку или коврик.
Взнос на орг.расходы 100 р. со взрослого.
Сбор участников в 11.30 у входа в парк. Если потеряетесь или будете опаздывать, звоните мне или Альфие.
Если вы собираетесь придти, запишитесь, пожалуйста, в эту форму, чтобы мы представляли сколько будет народу.
