Приглашаю всех на праздничное занятие Babycontact в Митино.
28 декабря.
С начала занятия мы двинемся в Путь к Новому Году:
· по снежной дороге,
· на санках и босиком,
· через препятствия (снежки и сугробы),
· через 5 ступенек уходящего,
· на встречу праздничной елке, чудесному празднику и исполнению желаний
· с превращениями в новогодних животных (и обратноJ),
· с увлекательными заданиями и оригинальными подарками!
Мы подведем итог старому году и станцуем танец того, что хотим в Новом Году!
Начало в 11:00
После занятия будет чай. Чай будет, приносите угощение для себя, малыша и подружки;)!
Форма одежды удобная для танца и движения и, по возможности, нарядная.
Короны, ушки и прочие радости приветствуются!

Напишу немного про наше последнее занятие. Для меня это был немного новый формат, так как я была без дочки, которая за последнее время делает гранидиозные достижения (в частности начала ходить, отращивает боковые резцы, осваивает много нового), в связи с чем настроение ее весьма неустойчивое.
Я взяла куклу и по-началу мне было довольно сложно привыкнуть к ней. На занятии решила попробовать новые предметы, как то, ткани и музыкальные инструменты. Инструментов надо много, у меня был некий запас, но все равно скудновато. Идея была в том, чтобы сначала инструментами задавать ритм, потом подключать голос, и движение. Делать это поочередно, сначала начинает один, потом вступает второй, третий, в итоге получается некий музыкальный оркестр. Мне понравилось. Было немного смешно: чух-чух, на этом же фоне бом-бом, плюс маракасы и кастаньеты… О, кастаньеты, отличный инстумент, как только попадают мне в руки, сразу хочется танцевать фламенко :)
Ткани тоже понравились, порадовалась, что не стала кромсать их на маленькие метровые кусочки, как предлагала мне свекровь, и оставила их большими кусками, так что в них можно было целиком завернуться или использовать как гамак. Оле и Альфии спасибо большое, за такую шикарную идею.

Изменилось расписание занятий Babycontact в Митино.
Теперь это ВТОРНИК и ПЯТНИЦА с 11:00-12:15.
Группа разновозрастная, с 3 мес до 3х лет. Когда желающих с детишками до года
будет несколько, то мы откроем специальную группу для младших. Так что
заявляйте о своем желании.
В пятницу мы (я - Лена Рыбалко, и Юля Бодрова) ведем вместе, а по
вторникам веду я.
Мы решали и решали, в какое время лучше делать занятия Babycontact в Митино. Мы
стремились учесть пожелания каждого родителя, свободные залы и возможности
ведущих, Юлины и мои, как мам. И вот мы пришли к двухразовым занятиям, в 11
часов. Я очень волновалась, что такой вариант не подойдет тем, кто ходит
постоянно. Но большинство рады такому времени. Я надеюсь, что нашим будущим
участникам, мамам, папам, бабушкам, дедушкам и малышам, тоже подходит это
утреннее, но не самое раннее время :)

Наконец-то выкладываю фото с обучающего курса для преподавателей, который проходил 30-31 октября и 20-21 ноября.
На курс собралась группа очень увлеченных людей, мы чувствовали очень большой интерес к теме и желание это развивать дальше — и это здорово, у нас складывается целое сообщество! Пятеро участников было из Питера, один человек из Самары. Большинство активно занимается танцем и движением, у многих есть собственный опыт преподавания, работы с детьми, так что часто возникал настоящий обмен идеями.
Одной из наших больших задач на этот курс было дать участникам как теорию (которой много — это и основы перинатальной психологии, базовые положения танцевально-двигательной терапии, и общие подходы к построению занятий, понимание групповой динамики, и т.д.), так и практику — непосредственные методы ведения занятия, конкретные упражнения, игры.
Вот что написала одна из участников в анкете обратной связи:
«Очень мне понравилась структура обучающего курса которую вы придумали – что теория перемежается с двигательными упражнениями (детское занятие и завершающий танец). Это было отлично! Все участники не просто учились быть преподавателями, но и просто занимались для себя. Я думаю всем мамам было приятно иногда побыть участниками, побыть собой.»
Каждый день у нас было в расписании детское занятие, в котором можно было участвовать с малышами, и участие детей давало ощущение очень живой группы. Многие участники были со своими детьми, так что нам не пришлось приглашать мам и детей со стороны :) Все остальное время малыши были с помощниками (за что им большое спасибо). И большое спасибо трехъязычному детскому садику Ptit Cref, где проходил наш курс, было очень удобно проводить занятия в этом детском пространстве, помощникам с детьми было где поиграть.
Будем обязательно продолжать, следующий курс предварительно состоится в феврале-марте 2011 года. По результатам этого курса приняли решение, что он будет состоять из трех модулей — потому что несмотря на всю интенсивность этих четырех дней осталось еще много материала, которым хочется поделиться. Точные даты будут известны немного позже, но можно уже предварительно зарегистрироваться, заполнив онлайн-анкету здесь.

В зале было сложно снимать, поэтому фото местами получились темными, но хотя бы какие-то моменты они передают. А моменты складывались иногда удивительные — чего стоит только спонтанная мандала вокруг Лизочки, дочке Тани , которой как раз в последний день нашего курса исполнился годик. Мы танцевали с тканями, и постепенно совершенно спонтанно вокруг Лизы стали укладываться цветные тканевые лепестки, и она сидела в центре этого цветка как настоящая дюймовочка. Сидела и очень внимательно смотрела на происходящее. Чтобы не испугать ее (все-таки столько взрослых), мы спустились на пол, на ее уровень, и стали тихо-тихо петь «как на Лизины именины испекли мы каравай». Момент был очень трогательный и праздничный. А потом в центр запустили Юлю , у которой тоже именно в этот день сыну Диме исполнился годик. И это было такое красивое завершение урока, что мы даже не стали делать то, что изначально планировали. И это было для меня еще о том, чтобы слушать группу и идти за ней, быть готовым импровизировать.

Танцевать можно в тишине, исходя из своего внутреннего мира: телесных импульсов или памяти тела, из образов, мыслей, эмоционального состояния – из контакта с собой.
Можно танцевать и из контакта с музыкой. Брать в танец ритм музыки и интонацию: мягкость, усиление, торжественность, агрессивность, радость и воздушность. Я думаю, что большинству знакома та увлеченность или даже транс, с которой можно танцевать под ту или иную композицию. Так и с музыкантами. Увлеченный музыкант издавая звуки на своем инструменте – это танцор. У пианиста танцуют пальцы, ступни, а иногда мы можем заметить и как он весь подпрыгивает, качается, подпевает, как она всем телом живет исполняемой музыкой. Он танцует!
В музыкальном развитии ребенка до 3х лет можно идти от обратного, не играть на инструменте "всем телом", а двигаться всем телом под музыку. Например, слушать музыку и можно изображать, как ты играешь на инструменте. Можно слушать музыку и становиться одним из голосов в песне: голосом, барабаном, пианино.
Мне нравится мысль, что слушая всем телом музыку, а не только ушами, позволяя телу откликаться на композицию, мы развиваемся не только телесно и танцевально, но и музыкально.
А какая музыка для музыкального развития: самая разная – народная (этно-), классическая, джазовая, с использованием различных инструментов и главное та, которая нравится малышу :)
Когда я вовлекаюсь в слушание и танец от души, то дочка, чаще всего тоже вовлекается, хочет танцевать вместе или показывает мне пример :)

Желающих поехать этой зимой в Тайланд с детьми (на пару недель или на несколько месяцев)приглашаем в наш семейный лагерь.
Первый цикл семейного лагеря ThaiKids начинается в понедельник 29-го ноября и будет проходить в бухте Ао Чо, о.Самет, Тайланд.
За цикл мы проведем 14 тематических дней: будет и поход по тропическому острову, и игровые упражнения для адаптации к воде (детский фридайвинг), и семейные творческие игры с элементами babycontact на суше и в воде, и многое другое.
В нашем лагере вам окажут информационную поддержку, помогут с адаптацией на месте и размещением. Здесь вы сможете не наблюдать, а участвовать, жить в собственном ритме и сконцетрироваться на контакте внутри семьи.
Лагерь рассчитан на семьи с детьми дошкольного возраста.

Итак, первый цикл начинается 29-го ноября, второй - 13-го декабря. На новый год (с 27 декабря по 9 января) планируется провести модифицированную программу с учетом праздника. Присоединяться к лагерю можно и в середине цикла.

Обнаружила, что книга про сенсорную интеграцию, о которой Альфия писала в прошлом выпуске рассылки доступна для скачивания: Улла Кинслиг, «Сенсорная интеграция в диалоге».
Там же есть еще одна книга на эту тему: Э.Джин Айрес, «Ребенок и сенсорная интеграция».

Сегодня, когда я шла на занятие, в голове крутились строчки из игры:
Машина едет и гудит.
В машине Лизочка (подставляем любое имя ребенка) сидит.
Би-би, би-бип, Лиза сидит.
Би-би, би-бип, Лиза сидит.
Вот я шла, напевала эти незамысловатые сроки и думала, что бы такое в качестве машины придумать.
Вариантов было два: либо какой-нибудь большой пластиковый таз, либо одеяло. В нашем зале одеяла как раз имеются.
Удивительно, но на самом занятии для этой игры нам просто не хватило времени. Зато после того, как занятие закончилось, все получилось само собой. В качестве машин использовались матики (подушки) для занятий по йоге. Деток радостно посадили на импровизированные машины, и мамы стали их катать. Такая веселуха началась!!!
Это я к чему? Еще одно упражнение в копилку бэби-контакт!

На прошедшем несколько недель назад первом модуле Обучающего курса для преподавателей BabyContact мы задали участникам вопрос: чему можно поучиться малышей. И получили на него неожиданно длинный, даже для самих себя (казалось бы, мы все время задаемся этим вопросом!) список ответов.
Захотелось привести его здесь целиком:
— Играть
— Падать
— Исследовать (всем телом)
— Работать с весом
— Развитию паттернов движения
— Эргономике, физиологичности движений
— Принятию тела другого
— Нежности в контакте
— Спонтанности, аутентичности
— Быть здесь-и-сейчас
— Честности, естественности
— Позволению себе
— Безоценочности
— Удовольствию во всем
— Умению долго быть с предметом
— Умению мгновенно переключаться
— Абсолютной любви
— Интуиции, чувствованию людей
И мне нравится, что здесь сочетаются вещи можно сказать большие, философские (такие как честность, непосредственность, умение быть здесь-и-сейчас) — так и совершенно практичные, связанные с движением. И многое из этого можно непосредственно тренировать в занятиях. Так что наши несколько-месячные несмышленыши превращаются в настоящих учителей.
