С погодой нам вчера все-таки повезло! Хотя и было немного прохладнее, чем накануне, зато было нежарко танцевать, а поднимавшийся временами ветер очень здорово способствовал полету мыльных пузырей.
Чего мы только не делали! Играли на музыкальных инструментах, причем и дети и взрослые с равной вовлеченностью, импровизировали голосом, создавая совместную импровизацию, двигались под собственную музыку, водили хороводы, пускали мыльные пузыри, а в завершении оказались под большими солнечно-небесными парусами!
Спасибо всем, кто вчера пришел! Очень приятно было видеть вчера как наших давних участников (некоторые уже успели вырастить почти в трехлеток!), так и совсем новеньких, пришедших первый раз с малышами. Спасибо Ане Калуцковой , с которой мы вместе организовывали и проводили этот праздник, спасибо барабанщикам, которые задали празднику такой ритм.

6 марта прошел семинар по BabyContact в рамках выставки "Мир во мне".
Зона семинаров находилась непосредственно в зале, где шла выставка.
Я приехала в субботу накануне, проверила, что и где будет происходить, увидела, что ведущие что-то рассказывают, участники слушают.
Подготовила ночью доклад, сделала презентацию. Приезжаю. И вдруг ко мне приходят мамы-папы с малышами. Причем годовасиками и старше.
Понимаю, что долго лекцию рассказывать не получиться. В один миг мы убрали стулья, сели прямо на ковер. Познакомились. Часть времени я все же провела в режиме семинара. И часть времени – мы играли, а потом растанцевались все вместе. Было очень увлекательно! и только через несколько минут, я вспомнила, что мы находимся на выставке, вокруг много людей, а мы – танцуем, импровизируем, звучим!
До сих пор удивляюсь участникам семинара – какой в каждом из них радостный, открытый "внутренний ребенок". И детки настоящие тоже играли и танцевали с нами. А еще и живая белая крыса у одного папы на плече. Пап было много! И они тоже танцевали с нами.
На выставке, конечно, было много знакомых, много участников наших групп и стареньких, и новеньких.
Спасибо большое этому дню. Яркое светлое впечатление.

Привет!
Оля, ты предлагала написать про наше новогоднее заняти и вот пара слов :) (Давно это было:))
Мы придумали такой сюжет, что мамы и малыши после просыпалок, умывалок дружно отправляются в путь к Новогодней елке.
Юля, я и Маша (моя дочка, которая стала неотъемлимой частью занятия :)) расстилаем коврики для йоги и получается снежная синяя дорожка! По этой дорожке под новогоднюю музыку, пританцовывая мы отправляемся в путь, потом на пути мы повстречали зайца, медведя и новогоднего оленя, которые показывают нам дорогу за то, чтобы мы прошлись по дорожке как они! Это было очень весело. Много артистизма, задействовались все участники!
Еще в новогоднем лесу на нас налетел волшебный снег (серпантиновый), превратил в снежинок и унес в танец Снежинок под вальс Цветов! И вместе с этим танцем мы перенеслись на снежную поляну!
Достаточно трудным заданием оказалось собрать из веточек (зеленые и белые воздушные шары) новогоднюю елку. Но зато мы сплотились, работали как команда и создали ее, красавицу, с красной верхушечкой, Украсили вместе с детишками и станцевали хоровод вокруг нее. А потом дети ее благополучно и с удовольствием разобрали :)

Наконец-то выкладываю фото с обучающего курса для преподавателей, который проходил 30-31 октября и 20-21 ноября.
На курс собралась группа очень увлеченных людей, мы чувствовали очень большой интерес к теме и желание это развивать дальше — и это здорово, у нас складывается целое сообщество! Пятеро участников было из Питера, один человек из Самары. Большинство активно занимается танцем и движением, у многих есть собственный опыт преподавания, работы с детьми, так что часто возникал настоящий обмен идеями.
Одной из наших больших задач на этот курс было дать участникам как теорию (которой много — это и основы перинатальной психологии, базовые положения танцевально-двигательной терапии, и общие подходы к построению занятий, понимание групповой динамики, и т.д.), так и практику — непосредственные методы ведения занятия, конкретные упражнения, игры.
Вот что написала одна из участников в анкете обратной связи:
«Очень мне понравилась структура обучающего курса которую вы придумали – что теория перемежается с двигательными упражнениями (детское занятие и завершающий танец). Это было отлично! Все участники не просто учились быть преподавателями, но и просто занимались для себя. Я думаю всем мамам было приятно иногда побыть участниками, побыть собой.»
Каждый день у нас было в расписании детское занятие, в котором можно было участвовать с малышами, и участие детей давало ощущение очень живой группы. Многие участники были со своими детьми, так что нам не пришлось приглашать мам и детей со стороны :) Все остальное время малыши были с помощниками (за что им большое спасибо). И большое спасибо трехъязычному детскому садику Ptit Cref, где проходил наш курс, было очень удобно проводить занятия в этом детском пространстве, помощникам с детьми было где поиграть.
Будем обязательно продолжать, следующий курс предварительно состоится в феврале-марте 2011 года. По результатам этого курса приняли решение, что он будет состоять из трех модулей — потому что несмотря на всю интенсивность этих четырех дней осталось еще много материала, которым хочется поделиться. Точные даты будут известны немного позже, но можно уже предварительно зарегистрироваться, заполнив онлайн-анкету здесь.

В зале было сложно снимать, поэтому фото местами получились темными, но хотя бы какие-то моменты они передают. А моменты складывались иногда удивительные — чего стоит только спонтанная мандала вокруг Лизочки, дочке Тани , которой как раз в последний день нашего курса исполнился годик. Мы танцевали с тканями, и постепенно совершенно спонтанно вокруг Лизы стали укладываться цветные тканевые лепестки, и она сидела в центре этого цветка как настоящая дюймовочка. Сидела и очень внимательно смотрела на происходящее. Чтобы не испугать ее (все-таки столько взрослых), мы спустились на пол, на ее уровень, и стали тихо-тихо петь «как на Лизины именины испекли мы каравай». Момент был очень трогательный и праздничный. А потом в центр запустили Юлю , у которой тоже именно в этот день сыну Диме исполнился годик. И это было такое красивое завершение урока, что мы даже не стали делать то, что изначально планировали. И это было для меня еще о том, чтобы слушать группу и идти за ней, быть готовым импровизировать.

Мне очень очень очень понравилось в Калиниграде.
Если вы там еще не бывали – непременно побывайте!
Мастер-классы прошли чудесно!
Думаю, что самые прекрасные мамы Калиниграда приехали потанцевать, поиграть вместе с малышами.
Удивительно, что несмотря на небольшие расстояния по сравнению с Москвой, не все мамы добрались до центра "Сотворение", в котором мы занимались.
На самой старшей группе, которая больше всего хотела активности и танцевальных экспериментов – с движением на разных уровнях и поддержками, было две мамы с большими животиками. Новые малыши скоро скоро уже появятся на свет :)
Мы попробовали не только практические классы, но и организовали 2 тематические родительские дискуссии. Главным впечатлением для меня стала возможность намного больше узнать друг друга, пообщаться вдоволь по сущностным темам, услышать друг друга и вдохновиться!
Конечно, даже 2 класса по 1,5 часа- это так мало, чтобы поделиться всем, чем хочется поделиться!!! Милые Калиниградские мамочки, танцуйте дома!!! Делитесь своими открытиями тут, в нашем ЖЖ.
