у нас есть любимое упражнение – повторение за малышами. Оно очень богато своими возможностями! Если его делать правильно, то есть не формально копировать движения малыша, а также присоединяться к его звукам, мимике, состоянию, тогда мама намного больше понимает своего малыша, причины его действий. Получается такое "эмпатическое" слушание.
Кроме того, когда мы делаем его всей группой, мы учимся у деток новым движениям, позам, скорости. Например, в прошлый раз благодаря двухлетнему Юре мы поняли, что скорость, с которой малыш меняет позы – просто невероятная! Для нас, взрослых, такая энергичность очень непривычна, а для деток – в самый раз!
Упражнение всегда богато новым материалом. Детки очень честные в том, что делают. Даже когда они понимают, что находятся "на сцене" и группа взрослых повторяет за ними все их движения, они ни капли не смущаются, остаются "видимыми" и продолжают делать то, что им нравится. Этот навык очень полезен всем тем, кто оказывается в ситуации выступления перед публикой.
Мамы говорят, что упажнение можно повторять бесконечное количество раз, открывая все новые нюансы прявлений столь знакомого человека – своего малыша.

Дорогие друзья, идя на встречу пожеланиям, мы открываем еще одну группу для малышей до 1 года: по четвергам, в 17.00, также по адресу Лялин пер., 3а.
Занятия начнутся как только соберется минимальное количество участников (5-6 пар мам и малышей).
Предваряя возможные вопросы, можно ли ходить то в одну группу, то в другую – это возможно в качестве исключения, но вообще нам хотелось бы, чтобы вы выбрали определенный день и его придерживались. У нас запланирован цикл занятий с определенными темами, и постоянная группа позволяет более последовательно их развивать.

Итак, в эту среду состоялось наше первое занятие — вернее, первые занятия в двух группах!
Немного моих впечатлений. Нам с Альфией очень понравилось заниматься в более однородных по возрасту группах. Мы предполагали, что это будет хорошо, но не думали, что настолько :) Так интересно, когда есть целая группа малышей — такие они славные, сидят у мам на руках, отползают максимум на пару метров — и их все еще возможно догнать :) Такой состав группы позволяет более точно подбирать упражнения, и у мам более близкие темы для обсуждения. В младшей группе половина детей под конец занятия заснула, и мы перешли к более тихой работе с голосом. А в старшей группе, наоборот, к концу занятия все только еще больше разошлись, и там мы смогли действительно увидеть, что малыши наши уже не такие уж и малыши и очень даже могут предлагать свои собственные темы, и у них есть чему поучиться. В общем, будем стремиться поддерживать такой состав групп.
На группе малышей мне было интересно услышать разные мнения о своем опыте: например, одна из участниц сказала, что ей было ценным почувствовать, что она может танцевать с малышом не в слинге, а просто держа его на руках — это дает больше возможностей для движения, его можно очень разными способами перемещать, более свободно танцевать с ним. А другая сказала, что наоборот, ей больше понравилось в слинге — он там более надежно зафиксирован, и это дает больше свободы и возможности с ним двигаться. И мне кажется, хорошо, что есть разные варианты, каждый более или менее уместен в своих условиях и можно выбирать что лучше подходит в конкретный момент конкретным людям.
И случился настоящий танец — и это было здорово.

Друзья, хорошая новость: у нас получается сделать две группы!
Занятия будут проходить по средам, расписание групп будет следующее:
12.00 — 13.30 — СТАРШАЯ группа
14.00 — 15.30 — МЛАДШАЯ группа
Так получилось, что у нас записалось больше детей до года, поэтому чтобы группы были примерно равны по численности, в младшей группе будут дети до девяти месяцев, в старшей — после.
Сделать раньше по времени старшую группу решили по просьбам, которые получали от мам. Мы понимаем, что кому-то конкретное время может не подойти (кто-то любит поспать подольше, и 12.00 это слишком рано, а у кого-то в 12.00 уже дневной сон) – пишите, будем решать в индивидуальном порядке. В принципе, мы можем заниматься в одной группе с детьми разного возраста (в конце концов, мы успешно занимались так целый год), но сейчас, учитывая большое количество детей старше года, хотим сделать более однородные группы – это позволит нам точнее учитывать возможности и желания наших малышей.
Оптимальный размер группы до 15 пар мам и малышей. Если желающих в постоянной группе будет больше, будем думать про дополнительную группу.
