Сегодня празднуем Международный День Танца!
Каждый год выдающиеся танцоры и хореографы пишут к этому дню специальное послание, которое переводят на разные языки. В этом году послание написала Анне Де Кеесмекер.
«Я думаю, что в танце празднуется то, что делает нас людьми.
Танцуя, мы используем естественным образом механику нашего тела и наши чувства, чтобы выразить радость, печаль и все, о чем мы заботимся. Люди всегда праздновали в танце важные моменты жизни и наши тела хранят память всех возможных человеческих переживаний. Мы можем танцевать в одиночестве и можем танцевать вместе. Мы можем делиться тем, что делает нас похожими и тем, что делает нас разными.
Для меня танец – это вид мышления. Через танец мы можем воплощать самые абстрактные идеи и таким образом открыть то, что невозможно увидеть и назвать.
Танец – это связь между людьми, соединение неба и земли. Мы храним весь мир в наших телах.
Я думаю, что в конечном счете каждый танец является частью большего целого, Танца у которого нет ни начала, ни конца.»

Альфия дала мне почитать замечательную книгу – Дэниэл Стерн, «Дневник младенца». Автор – выдающийся детский психолог, более 20 лет занимающийся исследованиями в области возрастной психологии и при этом сам папа пятерых детей.
При том, что автор – настоящий ученый, и книга основана на клинических данных и наблюдениях, написано очень живо, простым языком – как будто от лица ребенка (насколько это возможно, подобрать слова для пятен света и прочих невербальных ощущений первого месяца жизни). Даже удивительно, что этой книги нет в списках литературы, которую обычно советуют молодым родителям.

«Вклад Дэниела Стерна
Совсем недавно многие из концепций Лабана и Кестенберг были заново открыты – и переработаны – в работе Дэниела Стерна (1985), которая получила широкое признание. Стерн вновь исследовал основные принципы психодинамической теории развития в течение первых двух лет жизни на основе недавних экспериментов с младенцами. Особенно интересно, что выводы Стерна поддерживают подход танцевальной терапии, основанной на важности двигательного взаимодействия между матерью и ребенком. Поскольку, похоже, что Стерн не знаком с работами Лабана и обращается к идеям Кестенберг только в сноске, он представляет свою собственную терминологию для основных концепций Лабана. Например, Стерн подчеркивает важность «витальных аффектов» в отношениях матери с ребенком, что является альтернативой термину Лабан «усилия».
Представления Стерна, однако, являются чрезвычайно убедительными. Стерн приходит к выводу, что новорожденный – более тонко чувствующее существо, чем считалось ранее, и поэтому он удаляет «аутистическую» фазу из схемы развития Малер. Он приходит к некоторым важным формулировкам в подходе сэлф-психологии к раннему развитию, концентрируясь на четырех мотивах в «ощущении себя» (sence of self). Он подчеркивает важность собственного внутреннего стремления ребенка к развитию и ответных реакций значимого взрослого.
Стерн не только дает свою собственную терминологию, но и подкрепляет каждый термин современными экспериментальными исследованиями и психологической теорией. Например, в описании термина «я-как-целое»(self-coherence) он подробно детализирует набор содействующих факторов, включающих локус, последовательность движения, временную последовательность структуры, последовательность интенсивности и последовательности формы. Во многих случаях, как в этом примере, терминология вполне совместима с подходом Лабана-Кестенберг.
Подобно Кестенберг, он использует термин «со-настройка» для отношений мать-ребенок и детально представляет шесть сопутствующих факторов:
1 . Абсолютная сила.
2. Контур напряженности.
3. Временная пульсация
4. Ритм
5. Продолжительность
6. Форма движения.
Ясно, что они аналогичны терминам Кестенберг Поток напряженности и Поток формы, полученным из терминологии Усилия-Форма Лабана, и имеют отношение к весу (интенсивности, силе), времени и месту.
Хотя Стерн не обращается к танцтерапии, он рассматривает танец как метафору потока двигательных качеств в отношениях между матерью и ребенком.
Суммируя вышесказанное, я полагаю, что Стерн внес важный вклад в наше понимание раннего развития и, таким образом, объединил многое из основ танцевально-двигательной терапии.»

Друзья, 14-15 мая (суббота, воскресенье), мы снова пригласили Женю Белозерова из Петербурга провести музыкальные занятия для деток от 6 месяцев до 2,5 лет! Как говорится, невозможно остановиться :)

На классах малыши попробуют (на звук и на вкус :)) большое количество разных инструментов, доступных им по возрасту, а Женя сыграет на скрипке, балалайке, барабанах или флейте (в каждой группе по-разному бывает).
Орф-педагогика позволяет соединить звучание, движение, слово, образ. Это то, как малыш воспринимает мир (мультимодальность) – мир звучит, двигается, ощущается кожей и видится одновременно.
По просьбам участников апрельского семинара, Женя проведет не только классы для деток, но и практические и лекционные занятия для родителей, чтобы вы могли продолжать развивать природную музыкальность деток самостоятельно, создавая соответствующую домашнюю среду.

Тема лекции в субботу: "Домашние занятия с малышами" какую музыку и каким образом слушать с малышами. Активное слушание музыки – способ научиться понимать и любить музыку. Мы увидим как движение помогает почувствовать музыку и как это устроить дома. Игра на простых инструментах.
Тема лекции в воскресенье: Этапы изучения детьми музыки. Из чего музыка состоит. Условия успешного музыкального развития детей. Освоение детьми языка музыки в домашних условиях.
Стоимость (по предоплате):
Занятия для детей и родителей: 1100 рублей – 2 дня; 600 рублей – 1 день (при наличии мест)
Практическое занятие для родителей и специалистов (14:30-15:30) – 800 рублей – 2 дня; 550 рублей – 1 день (при наличии мест)
Лекция для родителей и специалистов (15:30-16:30) – 800 рублей – 2 дня; 550 рублей – 1 день (при наличии мест)

Вы наверняка задумывались, что такое правильные занятия с детками?
Свой свояка видит издалека :)
Мы дружим с питерской студией Жени Белозерова, в которой создаются музыкальные занятия для самых маленьких малышей и их родителей.
Женя Белозеров провел 6 классов для детей и родителей в прошлые выходные. А для специалистов и родителей – обучающий курс про то, как заниматься музыкой с детками раннего возраста. Женя в своей практике исследует, как сохранять природную музыкальность малышей.
Для нашей практики танца с малышами, таким же важным исследованием является исследование про то, как сохранить природную естественность и гармоничность движений.
И для наших, и для питерских занятий самым важным является отношение к деткам, как к партнерам, у которых в каждый момент времени есть свои интересы, потребности, жизненные задачи. При этом родители создают пространство: играют, поют, танцуют, музицируют. Дети в таком пространстве живут и развиваются, и тогда для детей становиться нормой, что люди вокруг – творческие, увлеченные, внимательные.
Меня, как ведущего, восхищают находки Жени про то, как помочь нашему вниманию переключиться с привычного потока суетливых мыслей на поток чуткого внимания к музыке, к друг другу, к детям.
Когда родительский излишний контроль расслабляется, детки тоже расслабляются, и только тогда открывается волшебство музыки, сопричастности созданию музыки.
Мы не просто слушали музыку, не просто играли ее, но исследовали ритм, делали его видимым, ощутимым, пропевали в словах.
В этом году инструменты не просто были частью среды, но появлялись постепенно из многочисленных мешочков и рюкзачков. А настоящие этнические барабаны так и вовсе вдруг приплыли в середине занятия вместе с новыми участниками. На радость старшеньким, в этом году Женя снова играл на скрипке, а потом на балалайке.
Мячики всевозможных цветов, размеров и фактур поразили меня больше всего. И мячики помогали нам включиться в ритм, создать живое движущееся пространство. Дети были по-настоящему счастливы.
Женя мне видится волшебником :) Чутким к музыке, к деткам, к родителям.
И новость – по многочисленным просьбам, Женя приезжает к нам 14 и 15 мая. И проведет не только мастер-классы для деток с родителями, но и лекцию, и практическое занятие для родителей.

Дорогие мамы папы и малыши!
Мы приглашаем вас посетить волшебный
детско-родительский лагерь Baby
Contact
в Псковской области!
Каждое утро в нашем лагере будет начинаться с
интересной зарядки для мам и пап с элементами йоги, контактной импровизации,
фитнеса, тайцзы-цюань, цигуна. Днём
у нас будут проходить танцевальные занятия BabyContact с мамами, папами и
малышами. Мы будем заниматься в детском игровом зале, на улице под тенью
прекрасных сосен и даже на берегу озера. Ближе к вечеру мы будем заниматься другими
увлекательными активностями – лепить из
солёного теста, рисовать пальчиковыми красками, играть с крупами, водой или
устраивать разные семейные игры. А ещё, конечно же, мы будем просто отдыхать,
гулять, купаться в тёплом озере, качаться в гамаках, ездить на катамаранах,
делиться впечатлениями, родительским опытом и забавными историями про наших
деток.
У каждого будет возможность существовать в своём
темпе и режиме и присоединяться к занятиям и играм по мере своих возможностей и
желаний.
Мы будем жить в лесу на берегу озера в прекрасном гостевом доме со всеми удобствами (горячий душ и туалет, общий на 2 комнаты, отопление, кухня). Лагерь будет проходить с 14 по 22 июля. С нами поедет повар, который будет готовить для взрослых и малышей. Так же с нами будет доктор.
