Наконец-то у нас (а вернее у замечательной пары и ) дошли руки до камеры — cуметь не только принести ее на занятие, но и поснимать, одновременно продолжая танцевать — это очень большое достижение :)
С ленточками придумали такой формат – одна пара с малышом оказывается в кругу, а остальные устраивают вокруг цветной танцевальный дождь

Друзья, мы приняли решение организовать Весенние Танцы там же, где и в прошлый раз — в Царицыно!
Для этого сразу несколько причин — во-первых, приятно создавать традиции :) а во-вторых, и что даже важнее, там близко от выхода из метро и меньше народу.
На занятии мы будем играть с ленточками, воздушными шарами, пускать мыльные пузыри — и конечно, танцевать с малышами! Зовите пап, берите с собой фото- и видео- камеры и что-нибудь для пикника — устроим после занятия :)
Как добраться: м. Орехово, последний вагон из центра, выход налево, вход в парк сразу у выхода.
Что взять: воду, что-нибудь для пикника, можно взять какую-нибудь подстилку или коврик.
Взнос на орг.расходы 100 р. со взрослого.
Сбор участников в 11.30 у входа в парк. Если потеряетесь или будете опаздывать, звоните мне или Альфие.

Друзья, через выходные, в воскресенье 23 мая мы сделать танцевальное занятие на природе.
Прошлой осенью мы уже устраивали Осенние Танцы, в желтых листьях в Царицыно, а теперь хотим продолжить эту традицию и потанцевать весной, на свежей траве, среди одуванчиков с уже совсем теплым пригревающим солнцем!
Сбор участников будет с 11.30 до 12.00, в 12.00 начнем танцевать. Будет небольшое занятие, с музыкой, упражнениями, а затем время для свободного общения. Можно взять термосы и прочие заначки, чтобы в завершении устроить пикник.
Место пока окончательно не выбрано, из вариантов рассматриваем Царицыно (как в прошлый раз), Коломенское (в яблоневых садах) и Ботанический Сад. Нам важно, чтобы было довольно близко от метро и не слишком людно. Есть ли есть еще какие-то идеи или предпочтения, пишите. Как только решим окончательно, напишем еще раз.
Конечно, очень хочется, чтобы к нам присоединились папы — зовите, хотя бы в качестве фотографов-операторов!
А еще это возможность познакомиться живьем для участников наших групп в разных концах Москвы :)
Сразу предваряя вопрос «а если дождь» — если будет дождь, то мы поймем это с утра и просто отменим и перенесем на другие выходные.

P.S. Знаю, что это сообщество читают люди из мест за пределами Москвы, где нет занятий BabyContact. Но наверняка у вас есть друзья с детьми и свежая весенняя травка :) Так что вы можете присоединиться к нам заочно и устроить собственные танцы на природе в стиле BabyContact. Давайте устроим такой детско-родительский танцевальный флешмоб в разных городах :)

Наконец дошли руки выложить фото с наших еще мартовских занятий на фитболах. В мае — обязательно повторим!
Занятия с фитболом помогают развить координацию движений и чувство равновесия. Основное воздействие при выполнении упражнений фитбол оказывает на позвоночник и мышцы спины. При этом отсутствует нагрузка на ноги, что позволяет расслабить тазобедренные суставы. А его неустойчивость хороша тем, что тренирует вестибулярный аппарат, развивает координацию движений. В фитнесе это считается щадящим способом нагрузки, его очень рекомендуют беременным.
Фото местами нерезкие, потому что мы буквально прыгаем на этих фитболах, под «мой веселый звонкий мяч»
Фитбол позволяет потянуться, расслабить спину
Это можно делать и вместе с малышом
И самостоятельно — тогда можно пробовать отпускать попеременно руки и ноги, перекатываться на нем, делать спирали (это уже более высокий пилотаж, но возможный!)
Часть занятия — специально для малышей. Катаем их на фитболах, показываем возможности движения, ходункам даем возможность самим покатать эти большие шары

Друзья, сегодня же МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЙ ДЕНЬ ТАНЦА!
В 1982 году Комитет Танца Международного Института Театра при ЮНЕСКО, предложил ежегодно праздновать 29 апреля Международный День Танца. C тех пор каждый год в этот день во всем мире проводятся праздники танца.
Международный День Танца служит тому, чтобы соединить вместе все танцы, устроить праздник этой формы искусства и радоваться его возможности пересекать все политические, культурные и этнические границы, его возможности соединять людей во имя дружбы и мира, позволяя говорить им на одном языке – языке ТАНЦА. Каждый год всемирно известные танцоры и хореографы пишут «Послание», посвященное Дню Танца, во всем мире проводятся праздники танца.
В этом году послание написал аргентинский танцор Julio Bocca.
Послание к международному дню танца 2010
Танец – это дисциплина, работа, обучение, коммуникация. С его помощью мы экономим слова, которые возможно не были бы поняты, и создаем универсальный язык, знакомый каждому. Он приносит удовольствие, он делает нас свободными и утешает в невозможности летать как птицы, приближая немного к небесам, к божественному, к бесконечному.
Это возвышенное искусство, каждый раз иное, так похожее на занятие любовью, что в конце каждого выступления оно заставляет наши сердца биться сильнее и с нетерпением ждать следующего раза.

La Danza es disciplina, es trabajo, es enseñanza, es comunicación. Con ella nos ahorramos palabras que tal vez otras personas no entenderían y, en cambio, establecemos un idioma universal que nos es familiar a todos. Nos da placer, nos hace libres y nos consuela de la imposibilidad que tenemos los humanos de volar como los pájaros, acercándonos un poco al cielo, a lo sagrado, a lo infinito.
Es un arte sublime, diferente cada vez, que se parece tanto a hacer el amor que al finalizar cada representación nos deja el corazón latiendo muy fuerte y esperando con ilusión la próxima vez.

Dance is discipline, work, teaching, communication. With it we save on words that perhaps others would not understand and, instead, we establish a universal language familiar to everyone. It gives us pleasure, it makes us free and it comforts us from the impossibility we humans have to fly like birds, bringing us closer to heaven, to the sacred, to the infinite.
It is a sublime art, different each time, so much like making love that at the end of each performance it leaves our heart beating very hard and looking forward to the next time.

Нам бы очень хотелось, чтобы у нас складывались постоянные группы. Для наших занятий, как и для многих занятий с детьми, важна регулярность. Для малышей важна повторяемость, это создает для них комфортную среду, возможность постепенно запоминать движения, стихи, упражнения, радоваться уже знакомому. А для взрослых участников постоянная группа означает возможность создать доверие в группе, дает возможность развивать уже начатые темы, вместе двигаться вперед. А нам как ведущим это даст возможность лучше понимать цели и запросы участников и отвечать на эти запросы.

Для малышей, да их родителей очень помогает использовать на занятиях разные предметы, которые могут стать образом для танца. Так воздушные шарики могут передать идею полета, неваляшка — округлость и устойчивость, простор фантазии неограничен.
Вот еще одна игрушка, которая помогает передать идею танца — цветной раскрывающийся шар (он недорогой, возможно вам такие попадались). Он очень хорошо передает идею сжатия и раскрытия, того, как тело может закрываться и открываться, от центра к периферии, от таза к кончикам рук и ног.
Последние несколько занятий во всех группах мы используем танец с ленточками. Это удивительный материал — они добавляют и цвет и возможность движения во всех направлениях, цветные ленточки могут стать продолжением собственных рук, можно пробовать перемещать их не только руками, но и ногами, головой, всем телом. И конечно, включать малыша в игру!
В начале мы всегда позволяем малышам вдоволь наиграться с ленточками, а родителям — исследовать возможности движения, которые они дают
С ленточками можно танцевать в кругу, передавая движения по кругу
А в конце мы устраиваем из ленточек салют!
